This place knows how to get you in out and on your way. The food is always consistent and the service is fast. The only thing I could suggest is, the employees could be a bit more friendly. All in all I have always enjoyed my experience here.

Always busy but quick and efficient. Love the kiosk orders tablets so you can do it yourself to expedite and just pick up your food. Panera is the same everywhere but I always enjoy their coffee, Bagel sandwiches, and broccoli soup. Staff is great and friendly.

Terrible service and completely screwed up our order! Forgot sour dough bowl for soup, no extra dressing on side or whole grain bread on side instead of gave French! Just tasted under cooked squashed ravioli and needs more sauce and to be cooked better! Going to go to Cosi next time! Extremely disappointed since Panera is only 2 blocks away from our home. Don’t do to Streeterville Panera

Was parking my car in a Garage for a 4 h fast visit before going to o hare Airport. Was hungry and decided to have something small for breakfast. Lot of choices available, the rolls looked good to me. Have had a cinnamon roll and a coffee to go. Was OK, the roll was maybe alittle bit too dry but still OK.

Panera is usually a «ok, I guess I’ll eat that» type of option. So I start from a 3-star platform. Its not expensive, its fast, and its relatively different. Now when you take their model of «fast casual» and you speed it up with«tag this vibrating pad» and cram too many tables into too little real estate, you are going to lesson already bare bones quality and you are going to upset a very delicate balance of «this is ok for now» type of customers. This Panera single handedly tipped to scales for Panera in my book from an occasional option to not even in the back of my mind. Thank you for your failure.

This Panera was the closest place to have a quick breakfast from where we were staying. It’s basically at the corner of Fairbanks between Ontario and Erie. One thing I wasn’t happy about is that they ran out of Asiago bagels which as my favorite so we just settled with everything bagels which aren’t the same but would have to do. My wife usually gets an orange scone as well. One thing I noticed which was very different than every other Panera I’ve been to is that instead of the buzzers which buzz when your food is ready to be picked up they have a similar looking device but you are asked to place it on your table. It’s tracks where you are and notifies the servers where to bring your order to so you don’t have to wait for it at the counter or get up to get it as they know where YOU are and they bring it to YOU. That’s cool. Each table is numbered and each order is marked with a sticker so you know what’s what. This new tracking system I have to see if that’s in the Panera’s at home or not. Besides that everything else here is just like any Panera which includes free wifi.

I’ve been to this location several times, as I live around the corner. I don’t know who they have working back, maybe they need to hire somebody besides a bunch of teenagers because I constantly am running into issues with my order at this location. It shouldn’t be that difficult to make a salad.

The attitude of the employees is ridiculous to say the least. I work at the hospital and frequent Panera on a regular basis. I thought maybe it was a fluke the first couple of times but the majority of the workers are plain rude. I know, I’ve been there… customers can be annoying. Please don’t take it out on innocent clientele. Also, the food has been mediocre. All my hot sandwiches have been very cold and the cheese is never melted! Please…calm down with the attitudes!

I mean for a place where you can grab a quick lunch/dinner, panera is pretty decent. This place has lots of kiosk where I can order food without spending time waiting in line. What’s more, the reason I love using kiosk is because you can customize your own food on it. With my salad, I can easily add or delete any ingredients that I don’t like and add as many as I want. For some ingredients, you need to add extra money, but i’m fine with that as long as I can get the salad combination I want:) Waiters are pretty friendly and the food are served really fast. The outdoor seating is nice too. I love to sit outside on a sunny noon for lunch:)

Overpriced, under-portioned food with a staff who regularly play around and ignore the customer. The coffee is very watered down! And to boot, I ordered the most depressing pb and j the other day which came lightly blotted with jam and pb. I asked for a replacement and was promptly given a new pb and j, this time with about a teaspoon of jam and pb respectfully. For almost $ 5 that is ludicrous!

My wife and I were visiting Chicago for a wedding and this papers bread was right by the hotel we were staying at. We walked in after walking around and exploring and the service here was amazing. Esmeralda and Kristif were at the front and they were the reason for this five star review. They made sure to tell us what was on the sandwiches and if we wanted to remove anything. Whenever we visit the Chicago area again. We will definitely choose this restaurant!

I was in Chicago with a friend from out of town and stopped in to get lunch. Of course after walking around for a while we needed to use the restroom and I was absolutely disgusted. There was trash all over. Water or urine all over the floors. Feminine product wrappers spilling out of the garbage cans, period blood running down the toilet seats, bloody tissue in the toilets. Absolutely disgusting and vile. Myself coming from a managerial position in the restaurant business was appalled. I judge the cleanliness of restaurants by the state of their restrooms. It looked as though no one had cleaned in days. Needless to say I didn’t eat or use the restroom. Unacceptable.

This is panera in slow motion. Nobody seems interested in keeping the orders moving and getting patrons back to work. Having tried more than a dozen times, I give up on this place.

Really can’t say anything bad about panera. Only issue I had was with trying to use the Kiosk for ordering. Great new tool but they neglected to say that they weren’t ready for use. I had completed my order and was ready to pay but couldn’t complete it. I asked for help and the cashier, with an annoyed attitude, said they aren’t ready. I responded and asked why isn’t there a sign? She never responded but instead asked if I wanted to place an order. Duh!!! Once I was pass all those shenanigans… I had to start all over with an actual person. I like the ease of ordering myself and picking it up especially when I’m customizing an order. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. My food is always good. I love the rewards as all. I tried something new today which was the chipotle chicken and half greek salad. DELICIOUS!!!

Pretty good Panera location. I like it because there is usually quite a lot of seating available and because it’s so close to Northwestern’s Chicago campus(we drop by all the time if we have class in Chicago). Got the French Onion soup here today for the first time and it was decent… what you expect from Panera.

who doesn’t love panera bread? staff at this location are always friendly and efficient. I normally get the same thing every time so I can’t comment on other items but the napa almond chicken salad sandwich with broccoli cheddar soup is where it’s at. bravo panera.

This Panera Bread is relatively large. There are plenty of tables and the staff is friendly. It’s a healthy walk from nearby residences and is a great place for brunch on the weekends. Food was prepared quickly and attentively. The Asian Sesame Chicken Salad is delicious! The combination of sweet/nutty flavors and crunchy/chewy textures is fun for the mouth and it’s a plus that the dressing is not too sweet. This salad came as a Pick 2 and the portion seemed pretty large to me. I WASSOHAPPYWHEN I GOTMYPLATE, YOUMAYHAVENOIDEA. The Asiago Steak sandwich was like… medium rare. It was dripping with light red liquid and it was juicy… I didn’t know what to make of it but it tasted good. I like how the onions are raw as it gives a bite to the taste of the steak and cheese. The sauce on the sandwich was just enough that it got into every bite I took and wasn’t oozing everywhere. The french baguette was moist(as in, not dry and hard) and fun to eat. The inside was fluffy and… chewy but easy to bite in to. I had fun eating the bread. I’m cautious with eating bread because if I bite into hard bread, my sensitive teeth scream. The lemons they have at the beverage table are fresh and the whole restaurant looks pretty clean. The broccoli cheddar soup was hot and tasted good(not too salty and not too floury). The napa almond chicken sandwich had a nice crunch to it and the bread was not soggy. Yay! Thanks for the good service and yummy food, this Panera Bread location!

Panera’s can be found pretty much all over the U. S and the menu is similar across the board. The food(bagels sandwiches, salads, soups, breads and pastries) are all delicious. They also have amazing low fat smoothies which I’ve become addicted to. The main reason why I felt inclined to write a review was because of the customer service at this particular. The employees here could give a master class on how to make patrons feel welcomed, appreciated and valued. Everyone I’ve encountered who works here has been extremely professional and so sweet I’ve gotten cavities. If you come here enough they’ll remember your name and what you typically like to order. Top notch services gets this location 4 stars! My favorites are: — Cinnamon Crunch Bagel is so good I’d slap my momma if she tried to sneak a bite. — Broccoli Cheddar Soup in a Sourdough Bread Bowl makes my stomach a happy camper, especially when I get to eat the bread bowl after the soup is all gone and it has soaked up some of the soup. Mmm I’m drooling as I write this. — Fontina Grilled Cheese or the Classic Grilled Cheese Sandwich. If you are a lover of grilled cheese then you can’t go wrong with either sandwich. The Fontina is a little more Upper East Side so if you wanna feel like you’ve moved on up I recommend you try this one. — Asian Sesame Chicken Salad is fresh and a great twist to the normal lame salad. The half portion is huge so I recommend you get this size, unless you are Starvin Marvin and feel brave enough to get the full portion. — Low Fat Strawberry Smoothie is a delicious snack for those who are looking for a healthy alternative to those tempting pastries that Panera offers. In the last month I’ve had about 9 smoothies so clearly I’m a fan.

This is my favorite place to go for soup(comes with your choice of bread or salad) — especially on a bitter cold day like today! The line can be long at some points during the morning and lunch hours, but the staff is quick to get it moving. I use their catering services for work and I never had a problem.
