Went here with a group of friends while visiting Chicago. I probably won’t go back. I enjoyed the music, but the drinks were way overpriced! Two Red Bull and vodkas for $ 28. There was so much more Red Bull than vodka in the drinks.

Came here for the first time since 2006 and not a lot has changed Decent music pumping and peeps drinking & dancing… the place may need to reinvent itself though as it looked a little weak inside. I left drunk of course

Eh. Not good, but not… terrible. First, Ontourage? Really? «Hey, where you going tonight?» «Ontourage.» «Oh man, that sounds hella cool.» «Nah bro, it’s Entourage with an O». «Lame…» Second, two dance floors are nice, but when you close the top floor off after a certain amount of time, what’s the point? Third, the music is wack. I don’t even know what got played(that’s how drunk I was), but I still remember it being terrible. Fourth, $ 13 «mixed» drinks that comprises of juice with a splash of alcohol? No thank you. However, this all being said, clubs in Chicago are just terrible in general, which is why this place gets an average rating.

This place fucking blows, hood as fuck, they play nothing but Mexican disco, & it was like a ghost town. Worst club in Chicago, left to go to the hangupp and had a wayyyyyyyyyyy better time.

*gust of wind blows* *pin drops* *crickets chirp* *tumbleweed rolls across the foggy dancefloor* I had to confirm that it was indeed Saturday because I’ve never seen a club in Chicago so empty on a weekend. I climbed Ontourage’s spiraling steps thinking that I was on the stairway to club heaven but when I reached the top… nothing. * By the way, those stairs were not a good move. The young women in sky high stilettos that I see partying in this area can barely balance themselves on flat ground, how are they going to make it up and down those steps? Anywho, I give Ontourage two stars because they had decent music and it wasn’t a bad looking spot. Except for the gross bathroom, which baffles me because there was no one there to gross it up.

I’ve only been here twice. The first time, I don’t even remember why. The second time was on New Years Even 2012 to bring in the new year, and my gf and I had a blast. but only because it was New Years and it was a special event. Let’s start with the event. History of House Music. We danced the night away. 90s Chicago House music all night long. until an hour after midnight. They started playing mainstream B96 crap. Anyway… Lets talk about the club. It’s a box with fancy lights and«VIP» sections on 2 sides of the 4 walls. Along one side is the bar. And the opposite side has a standing side? with two wide standing tables for drinks? and the DJ booths. I forgot our bartenders name. but because she was so awesome, that’s the only reason I gave this place 3 stars. After our first pair of drinks, she knew which one was my credit card and she hooked it up all night. The 3 of us took shots together. And I gave her an awesome tip. There are so many more better clubs out there, but we bought tickets to this event for $ 25 on groupon. To the rest of you going there, it may be hit or miss for you. Good luck.

Spacious but quite empty. Music downstairs was quite decent but upstairs was too grunge(and the speakers weren’t so good upstairs).

It’s pretty empty and not worth it to go in unless you have some sort of password. Drinks are also very weak, I drank two pineapple vodkas only to get very slightly buzzed(it lasted 20 minutes at the most), and I’m pretty light weight! But the place is clean and the music was very decent. I’ll give an extra star for the sexy pole dancer! She was pretty darn strong and limber.

This place is owned by a corrupt man who was able to purchase Ontourage from a dirty money, drug dealer loan. Please do not support an establishment that is run off of drug dealers and gang member $. You can google the owner his name is Craig Pesek.

Completely empty on a Saturday night… Looks nice and had good music though. This place has potential…

So much potential. So little of it used. From the outside it looks like trendy, fun, and cool place to possibly get your nightclub on in there. WRONG. The staff is unfriendly and think that thier job is the most important job in the world at that moment. The«VIP» sections are not up to par with other clubs in the city. The music could have been better and maybe people will dance more because it didnt seem like anyone was feeling it. They need better marketing of this place. The club needs some remodeling because it doesnt vibe well. I cant put my finger on it. On the plus side, they are open late. Parking is always horrible around here but they offer valet. I plan to give this place another shot, but dont blow it. Shape up!

This place is just OK. Nothing more nothing less. The DJs were just OK. The club itself was OK. The bathrooms were bigger and cleaner than most club bathrooms so I appreciated that. And I also appreciated the friendly staff and well trained bar-tenders… But I can’t say I’ll return. What I didn’t appreciate was that the place is as small as it looks on the outside, and I also didn’t appreciate that when it was time for the champagne toast they gave us those plastic put together glasses and people spilled champagne EVERYWHERE which made the floors dangerously slippery. Especially after the confetti & balloons dropped(which I liked). I guess I was just hoping for more since it was NYE but I guess I got what I payed for($ 20).

New Years Eve 2012 was epic!!! The night started off amazing with hilarious comedians performing at The Comedy Bar(which is located in Ontourage) and then the NYE party was off the hook!!! Good music, tons of people, and an amazing countdown to midnight. So many balloons and confetti fell on the crowd. It was dope. What a night…

I went to Ontourage over a year ago and haven’t been back since. I went there with a few friends for a friend’s surprise birthday party. We had a VIP room upstairs, which was separated from the rest of the club. I have no idea what the actual club was like, but the VIP area was OK. We had a private room behind a curtain, and a dance floor that wasn’t very large but still large enough for to mingle near the bar. The music wasn’t too bad, but the dance floor was never packed. I didn’t feel that ‘special’ being upstairs, away from everyone else. We did have free bottles of vodka and champagne, which was really nice. The place needs to really separate the VIP rooms so people are not walking through one group’s area to get to another area. I found out the next day that someone had stolen a couple things from our group later in the evening(including a nice purse, camera, etc.). No one was checking to make sure the people walking in and out of the rooms actually belonged there so I’m not surprised this happened. It should never be like that in a VIP area… I also made the stupid mistake of giving the club my phone number and got endless texts every week from«Big Andy» about deals and buying free shots. He eventually stopped texting me after I asked him several times, thank goodness. This is just NOT my scene. I’m not a person who particularly enjoys going out to clubs, but at least I can appreciate a good one. This is not one of them. Don’t waste your time here. I’d rather go to IHOP.

This is not a high-class club. This is not a club that you should make plans to go to. This is not a club that you should go to at all, period. There’s hardly anyone there and when there is, 97% are creepers. It’s boring, it’s not clean, and the staff are rude and act like this place is great when it is not. When my friend got sick and kicked out of this place, I had more fun at the McDonald’s down the street. GOTOMCDONALD’S, NOTHERE.

Ewwww ! Okay… let me get started… Me and the boyfriend came in last Saturday night(St. Pats weekend) around 11pm. They don’t open the downstairs main dancing area until midnight so they put us all upstairs(it turns into the V.I.P. Lounge at midnight). What can I say… the music was god-AWFUL. That DJ did not know what the hell he was doing. He mixed everything to electronica – badly. EVERYTHINGDOESNOTGOWITHELECTRONICAFOOL! Also, I’m 24 and the crowd was REALLY young… as in even though its a 21+ nightclub, I’m sure R. Kelly would have caught another case had he tried to pick up one of these baby lookin’ females. They were running around not dancing(although I can’t blame them with that dj) and doing nothing… like a high school prom gone wrong. *cue Psycho music* We sat there for an hour until they opened up downstairs hoping for better music… AND… No such luck. The DJ down there was just as bad(there is no need to electronica mix«How Low’ by Ludacris— someone should have had a shotgun ready for that one) with the addition of a million smoke machines all going off at once. WHAT!!! Can you say 70s, bi%$es??? This is such a sad attempt at a real club its ridiculous. We left at 12:10pm. I would highly suggest you not enter at all. No, in fact, I’m TELLING you. If I catch you in here, I’m callin’ yo mama!!! DONOTGOHERE. EVER. PERIOD.

I’ve been here several times due to friends’ birthdays and I would probably only go here for that reason alone(if that). There are two floors, but each section is small. Music is hit or miss. What I don’t like about this place is that HAVE to spend at least $ 35 on drinks(that are watered down) to even use your credit card and I’m one of those people who almost never carry cash. Another downside is that I feel like the crowd isn’t too diverse(mostly asians) and it seems like there are too many people who look under-age.

On the outside, the place looks elegant and nice. However, once you walk in, it totally looks like a cheap attempt at making it look like a nice nightclub. The walls are worn down from people drunkenly rubbing up on it. There is literally Plexiglas surrounding everything… which of course shows all the unsightly scratch marks. A few buddies of mine decided to do bottle service, which was in a secluded room upstairs. I understood what they were going for, but it just looked so cheaply done Secondly, one of the speakers in the room was broken and it annoyingly clicked the whole night. The music was alright 3 times I’ve been there. The bar-tending staff made drinks very quickly which was a definite plus. I don’t know if this is a plus but, gentlemen, if you are into young(I mean younger side) Asian girls, i don’t think you would have a problem finding them here.

You all have a question that’s dying to be answered yes? The question is this — how can a «shitty» club such as ontourage manage to stay open while all these new trendy clubs with their trendy people open and close year after year? I know Ontourage’s secret — don’t be trendy, and don’t cater to trendy people. don’t vomit radio bullshit music that bullshit people listen to. the downside — trendy suburbanites giving all these bad reviews about how the djs at ontourage didn’t play radio stuff, «you know, the good stuff». the upside is that trendy garbage people bandwagon like all these people that suddenly became blackhawks fans this year, and in turn all that’s left is a loyal fanbase… last time i went here, me n homies all went to lasalle power company, the new«it» club. i was not enjoying myself. we were not enjoying ourselves. i recommend ontourage. FUNTIMES. night saved. good job mike. go on a saturday!

The best thing about Ontourage may be the fact that it’s next door to Al’s Beef. The place is small, the staff is kind of snooty, and there’s nothing special about the music. I don’t know why there’s always a line here… probably because it has prime real estate and a big-ass sign. There are plenty of better places nearby… you’ll only catch me here if I’m getting in for free. And am buzzed already.
