I am re-​writing my review since the first one Unilocal had some issues with, Dr Caro performed LASIK on my eyes in 1995 and did a horrible job, which every doctor who examined after would ask, did you go to Nicholas Caro,? i would ask how did you know? they said they knew his work, as a result in lack of follow up care by Dr Caro I today suffer from Keratoconus and have to wear Sclereal lenses, I went back to his officea few years ago to see if he would like to try and correct his work, they said it was free consultation and then billed my insurance $ 450 when the insurance rejected the claim I confronted them why they charged them in the 1^st place, they put me on hold and never picked up?

Don’t go here, billed my insurance and then billed me numerous amount for a 10 min follow up that he keep asking me to come back, week after week. Then sent me into collection. Worst thing is that he can’t even fix my problem. What the… Tell me that in the first place rather than keep billing me.
