Well I live in the neighborhood always passed it and I was going to Doreen’s pizza at first but then stopped because the pizza wasn’t really that good. Went here today and they have the any size pizza for 10 $ but it was my first time trying so I got a 10inch personal fire brick pizza with sausage for a little over 8 $ I love firebrick pizza. To me fire brick pizza should be thin all around, it was thin but the crust was THICK and that reminded me of little Caesars for some reason, but it tasted better than little Caesars. Now if they stay consisted with the taste and quality of pizzas then I will make this my pizza spot around here. I would like to try the other food they have. But I have to try one more pizza spot on the block. Which is crazy to me that they have three pizza spots on the same block. P.S they have some New Mexican restaurants on Brandon street one has frozen yogurt and ice cream and elotes. I will be there next.

Ok. Since they have a 10 dollar, any size pizza special… and I was low on cash I decided to try them again. And the results are IN! NO. I got an XL sausage, with mushrooms, onion and jalapenos on one side. The crust was about 4 minutes from being done. The cheese was completely white, meaning again, ALMOST done. Flavor: Not a whole lot. The crust was bland, the sauce was bland, the cheese is processed, since extra ingredients are a buck, and I had 3 on the one side, I wasn’t expecting alot, and didn’t get alot. I had to put it in the oven for 5 minutes when I got home. I DID like that they offered to call me to let me know it was done and ok to pick up. Funny side note. This place is carryout and delivery only, so there is a small waiting area when you walk in, but the pizzas are made WAYYY in the back, so after you pay in front, the guy walks«The Green Mile» to the back to get the pizza, then walks it back to the front. I was waiting for him to stop for a rest and hydrate. It’s a relatively new place so someone actually thought this design was a good idea.

This is some of the worst pizza I have ever had. I also ordered the chicken wings and they were on the same level of the pizza. How do you mess up chicken wings? Wood burning oven? The first impression is the most lasting. It was awful. If you want the best in Chicago head on over to Pizzeria DiNella on Fullerton.

I placed an order for a pepperoni pizza and wings. The pizza was chewy, the cheese tasted moldy and the sauce didn’t have any taste at all. My family compared it to Little Caesars, with Little Caesars winning. The wings were good, large and meaty, the hot sauce was out of a jug and ordinary. Doubt we will try again, I’ve experienced AMAZING brick oven pizza and this was so bad we ended up throwing it out.

Had their brick oven pizza today, it was ok. The sauce had a funny after taste, a bit metallic. Will go back and try their chicken or alligator. I’ll pass on pizza.

Pizza is not very tasty… Have ordered 2x and am not very thrilled about this place. Oh, and it’s kind of pricey.

Best pizza in Hegewisch. Brick over pizza was awesome. Route 66 or Monnie D’s if you’re on the south east side of Chicago
