Why is English the 2nd language here? Had to wait near 5 minutes for someone to make eye contact, numerous employees walked by after my order was placed on the counter. All I would like is to get some catsup since it’s not provided opposite the service side of the counter. I eat McDonalds two, maybe three times a year, I guess I was expecting too much. Twice a year, I guess I better find a better McDonalds next time. None of these people deserve $ 15 an hour ever on their best day… Better off closing the store

I honestly tried rating lower than a one. I have a deep hatred for this awful place. It has literally brought me to tears out of frustration and anger on many an occasion. Don’t order anything. There’s no point, because you’re lucky if you even get it within this eon. I’m starting a support group for those who have been victimized by this McDonalds. Know that you’re not alone, and that there are others who have survived(barely).

This is quite possibly worse Mcdonalds I’ve ever been to. I waited about 10 mins to get served on top of that ordered oatmeal and got grits. Then the lady kept telling me they were oatmeal.

If you go through the drive thru it will take forever. The dinning area is really small but it is nicer than I expected. I would rather drive to tge McDonald’s on Kedzie for faster service.

What a disaster. I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru and had to leave. Worse drive thru experience I’ve ever had. It’s apparently always this way. Everyone on Unilocal and Google rates this place as «totally sucks.» How does corporate let it stay in business?

This particular location has improved in the last year. I used to get cold food no matter what time of day I went. At least now it’s warm, the service is still slow though.
