Worse Mc Ds ever I have tried this Mc Ds for many years and they still get the order wrong. I was not feeling well so I didn’t check my order like I usually do. Can they ever get it right? ((Ummmm No)) I guess I’m going to have to drive farther just to get my order correct. They don’t deserve a star at all.

Its Mcds what do you expect? lol … only come to this location when im in the neighborhood

They always get my coffee wrong! This place concentrates too fast on getting people out of the drive thru that they do things wrong. I always ask for 4 sugars and 1 Crème and today I got the opposite. In a few other occassions I’ve also gotten the opposite. How hard is it?!

This McDonalds is consistently inconsistent, when I go during the day its great. Fast accurate service, seems like when I go towards night time not so accurate and the customer service is a joke. One night visit I went through the drive through before leaving I checked my bag realized I didn’t get one of my french Fry’s I ordered, not such a big deal I went inside and stood for 5 minutes as workers were joking around and doing there own thing even the MANAGER just glanced at me and turned his attention back to joking with the workers. Finally the worker who was attending the Drive Thu walked up noticed me standing at the register walked up and asked what I needed I said they forgot my fry he got me all squared away but really should I of had to stand there for 5 minutes while 4 workers manager included walked back and fourth joking around., all capable of helping? Other times at night seems that my large fry isn’t so large. Last night it two large orders of fry barley filled to the bottom brim. Not due to them spilling out to the bottom of the bag either. So I give 2 stars for the cleanliness of place and for the day time service usually being spot on but they lost me after that. It just sucks because this place is the closest one.

Considering there are a few Mickeys D’s around here, this ones the one I go to. Even though it’s Further down Pulaski but the cleanliness, service and food just is a bit better than most on the area.
