Burger King

It’s Burger king people. Please! They follow the rules, try to get their orders right and try very hard to keep the bathroom clean. Some people just come in to stay warm or order from the dollar menu to be able to hang out inside.
I would not be that picky. When your starving and nothing else is open, this does not seem like such a bad place at all.

One of the top two worst Burger Kings i’ve been to. Their ability to mess up an order must be a superpower of theirs. Everything from order-​taking skills to the whole «excuse me… can you please back up and then pull back forward» crap is ridiculous. One time i ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and ended up with value menu chicken sandwhich! I’ve been through plenty of drive-thru’s and half a mile away only to realize that i didn’t get what i ordered but this just baffled me. It was only a couple minutes after 9 am! What were they even doing making that kind of a sandwich that early? I know you can get a Whopper early but a chicken sandwich from the value menu? I was upset so i went back… The lady asked me if i wanted some french fries for the mixup lol. Yeah … that’s what i had taste for … a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and french fries lol.

This Burger King has no concept of what is fast food. It’s always Russian Roulette when I go in. Either there out if something or it takes 15 – 20 minutes to get your order. Wanted a coffee this morning and the girl didn’t even acknowledge me. Just stood their taking orders at the drive through. Walked out. Horrible. They sometimes act like their doing you a favor. By the way, how do you run out of soda? Really?!

I never had a problem here. always got what I expected and customer service was acceptable. only complaint is that soda machine isn’t kept up with properly (i.e. flat pop).

You think you come to this Burger King and think you can get it your way… bullshit! Now, I’m not a unreasonable customer, or difficult to deal with, but I take concern when it comes to a place of business where I spend my money. You could atleast give me quality customer service, which would also include hot food… that’s fresh and not reserved for me before you knew I was coming. A 40ish lady who works in the drive-​thru, has an awfully smelly attiitude…(And if you my dear, happen to read this, you know who you are… and I don’t give a f**k, if I knew your name, I’d sure post it on here… w/​your mugshot. You just don’t know how many times you gave me the wrong sandwiches with shit on them I didn’t want and in exchange trade off and give your butt a sandwich with extra knuckles.) Later for you, chick! Mmmm hmmm… back to my friends @ Unilocal.Please, for the sake of well deserved customer service, donot, I mean never, ever ever, eat there. Too many Burger Kings in Chgo. Choose another. Luv yall!
