2: I bought a lot of KFC gift cards as christmas gift, but they refused to accept KFC gift card!!!

I ate there again this afternoon and — let me say this after having eaten KFC for more than 50 years (!) and having stopped at all of the Chicago stores — this location has t-h-e most delicious original recipe chicken and cole slaw. I know that, presumably, it should be the same for all franchisees. But the chicken here just seems more tasty than at other KFC locations in town. And the cole slaw actually is different — cut bigger and made creamier than others. Unfortunately, they were swamped today between 1 and 2 o’clock and, for most of that time, only one girl was working the counter. So I agree with others that this location is understaffed.

This place gets busy and is always understaffed and not very friendly. They also skimp on their side portions and often get slammed with deliveries so they’re always behind and don’t apologize.
