Nice clothing but customer service is abysmal and return policy is restrictive relative to similar retailers. I made the mistake of providing an email address and not only do they email you to death but it takes several months and multiple unsubscribe requests for them to remove you. I will not patronize them again (store or online).

What a scam.
I ordered a dress online that I needed to return.
According to the JNY website, Macy’s could take care of it for me.
Well, apparently JNY didn’t tell Macy’s about this.
I spent about an hour working with the poor clerk at Macy’s (this wasn’t her fault).
Because they had no policy of dealing with this type of transaction, she gave me a Macy’s gift card for less than what I should have been credited for the return.
Her hands were tied… which I understand in that JNY clearly sells their stuff online in bad faith.
I will never shop there again and will warn all my friends and family.

I absolutely love Jones New York fashions! Recently, I lost about 150 LB and now I am wearing an 18W pant and a 16W top. I just love their clothes and I have spent over $ 5000 in the last four months on clothes for me and my mother.
The first time I went to JNY the sales person was so nice. I explained to her that I was having fifficulty finding my size. I was still losing and was really afraid to buy too many items, because I didn’t want to lose to much and not be able to wear them. Fortunately enough I didn’t lose any more weight. The girl brought 18W and 20W in the dressing room and was really patient and caring. I walked out of JNY with about $ 1000 in clothes and I was so happy. She gave me a 20% off coupon, too.

and I find so many cute clothes in Plus sizes. Just yesterday I happen to buy two suits for me mom and one of the jackets were reduced from $ 239 to $ 59! They were all separates but a two-​piece suit was only $ 99. I love their clothes and I love this store; always have. Check them out!

Really one of the worst Jones New York places in town. The selection is poor, most of the dresses are only available in a very select few sizes, and the sales staff really can’t care less about you.
There was a time when I didn’t know better. But having been to the ones in Texas seeing how nice they are down there and how they are always offering extra coupons and letting you know how to get the best value for your money, I just can no longer stomach this place.
