This guy Joel n his company is a joke… I called him for some work on my A/​C we set an appointment for a Monday at 4pm. Never showed up… So then i had to call him to make another appointment because he didnt even had the decency to call me and let me know he wasnt going to make it. So we make the appointment for a Saturday at 9am. I called him at 12 noon bcus once again he hadn’t shown up. He gave me the excuse that he hadnt passed by because his basement got flooded and told me that ge would pass by in a few more hours. End of story is that he just never past by or even gave me the call to let me know he wasbt going to make it. This company is a joke n the guy seems to just work whenever he feels like it. I would never recommend this too anyone. N that first review has to b fake bcus its the only review they ever made.
