Best J&J Fish EVER!!! It’s the only 1 I go to. I get the same thing EVERYTIME: Chicken/​gizzard combo, extra lemon pepper!!! I normally call my order in because it’s cooked fresh & to order. Normally takes about 15mins. Late nights are packed. Not much in the crime filled area open late but clubs & liquor stores. The workers attitudes are hit or miss. But I definitely love this place. Never had any bad food from here.

Found myself in the hood AND hungry, lol. JJ Fish was the first place I saw so I decided ‘what time would be better than now’ to venture out. Well much to my surprise the food was spectacular but the DECOR! if that’s what it would be classified as is horrendous… Blah! So my overall consensus is that the hood has the best food and will not disappoint your tummy so don’t let the décor fool you. Chicago is huge and its a fat man’s dream :)
