High Ground Thai Cafe

This was almost two stars for me, but the very friendly service bumped it to a 3. I ordered the Chicken Panang and ordered it extra spicey. It was very bland compared to most Thai food I’ve had. The high point though, was that it only cost like $ 6.95.
The presentation was pretty nice, and the waitress was very friendly. The food wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t anything special.

I had met up with one of my co-​workers here for a quick pick me up meal and this place delivered on our expectations.
Walking in at 5pm on a drizzly Tuesday, we chose our own seat since there was no one in the front– no patrons or staff. We were helped out immediately. I had ordered the Pad Thai with tofu with mild sauce, since my Polish stomach can’t handle spices all that well. The waitress had returned within five minutes with our meals and said enjoy. The food was absolutely delicious. To top it off we were given a cucumber salad that was very colorful and very tastey.
Repeat– Super sweet owner who knows his stuff in regards to the food and wants you to return for the amazing food.
