This hair is very bad. I have had a closure from this place for about 2 months now. They really only sale one texture/wave pattern. After 2 months of washing weekly the closure tangles all the time… I have been wearing extensions for over 10 years now, and am aware of the proper care for extensions. This is the worst closure I have ever had. The hair nets and mats very bad especially after washing… I use dove and pantene products and a really good conditioner. Never buying from them again. I think this closure is causing my other extensions which are doing well to tangle. So frustrating.

I ordered the blonde bundles ranging from 20″, 22″ and an enclosure. I’m not happy with it at all!
It tangles quick and it reminds me of a rats nest. I contacted Her Imports and they refused to do anything more than say, «No refunds, once hair is installed». How am I supposed to know it tangles instantly without installation? I asked the company for suggestions and I got no response.
It’s a waste of $ 800 for the hair and installation. Plus another $ 150 to remove it.
