–Customer Service (4stars): The owner (I’m assuming) was very friendly and accommodating.
–Hair (3 stars): The hair has an overwhelming chemical smell that’s reminiscent of hair I bought from AliExpress years ago. It’s soft and holds curl well, however the smell is too much for me.
Value: I got the buy 2 get 1 free bundle deal for a little under $ 200, which is pretty reasonable for Brazilian hair. I usually wear Sassy Mitchell or Indique so the quality is nowhere near the same. However for the price and amount of hair the deal can’t be beat (minus the chemical smell).
–Convenience (4 stars): I like that there are several store locations around the US as well as online ordering availability. The Hollywood location is open until 7 PM.
