Well. Walked in about an hour after they opened. One stylist working. One client in the chair. On in the waiting area. She checked me in, and told me to «run an errand for 20 minutes.». No worries, I was a walk-​in, and it was only 20 min. Ran my errand, came back. Apparently, when I was told to «run and errand». 4 clients before me were also told to «run an errand». Waiting area was full, still one stylist, and I was 4th in order. Translation, and hour and a half /​2 hour wait for a basic cut. If the stylists would have been more honest upfront, or a bit more welcoming, perhaps I would have stayed or tried it again. I know it’s a cheap, assembly line haircut. You get what you pay for. thankfully due to the one stylist and several clients, I didn’t even get the chance to pay for anything.

I love this place. You can get a great, top notch haircut for under $ 20 including tip! Eyebrows trimmed/​cleaned up for free… as a guy I am not good with my eyebrows! Parking is also very easy as it’s located in a strip mall type setting with lots of available spaces … The stylists (espcially Lydia) are very knowledgeable and friendly… All of the information about your haircut is saved in the computer for next time… for example the number buzzer you need, length on top etc… I also was told you can check into the waiting list online to save time…(though I’ve never waited that long). And they also have an early bird special and FREE haircut after ten cuts… Really happy with this place and location!

Fantastic location. Very friendly staff. High skilled hair cuttery experts. All of my styling dreams come true when I visit this great clips. I go in looking like Quasimodo and leave looking like Ryan Gosling. Highly recommend.

This place is busy, but I understand why. Lydia is very nice. She was able to cut my daughter’s hair with no issues. Very friendly staff. If you want to get in on time, use their app. You can schedule your cut. Nice touch…

Never too busy when I come in. They always have great staff and a cheery demeanor. The cuts I get are always what I want and they have no problem fixing up anything I want touched up. Consistently great men’s cuts!
Edit: After waiting 20 minutes a couple who had called in were bumped in front of me. I was not told they might have someone in front of me and they didn’t let me know what was going on when they took them instead of me until I asked.

Friendly staff, clean atmosphere, quick service and extra coupons to save you a few bucks!!! I get my hair cut here regularly and I use the handy app to check in… in and out in approximately 20 minutes with a GREAT haircut!

Lydia the manager was very friendly & helpful after I had a bad incident there. Since then I only go there to get my haircut now & I always make sure she is the one to do it. I am quite satisfied.

Horrible! Rose cut my hair. She was rude and chopped up my hair like one of the previous reviews on here. It was not busy when I went. She was complaining about previous clients while she cut my hair to the other hairstylist that was there. She complained because of my online check in. She did not let me check my hair. Stating it was all even. Never again. I should have checked Unilocal before coming here. Do not let ROSE cut your hair!

I never actually got my haircut here…
I was in the shopping center and thought I would get a haircut. When I walked in a women from behind the counter barked out «PHONE NUMBER?» I was the only person there so I knew she was talking to me.
Why does an off-​price/​chain hair cut place that doesn’t take appointments need my phone number? What happened to the canned chain store greeting? «Welcome to our mega company»
I quickly realized why I was the only person there and left.

Sometimes this place gets really busy and the wait can be 45 minutes. But the workers are friendly, and the interior is clean. They do give out these coupons for savings off of cuts and since it is next to me I been going here. Shares the lot where I work so it has huge parking, and if you DO have to wait, there is a subway and a Starbucks walking distance.

Went here for a haircut two weeks ago, it was my second time. I say, wasn’t too crowded. Was called and said that I wanted a shampoo and wash. So, I have very thick and wavy hair. I had rose who was nice. Went out to dinner with my friend tonight and she informed me that my hair is completely lopsided and uneven. I was mortified. She took a pic for me to see and since I wasn’t offered a blow dry with the haircut I guess that’s why it wasn’t noticed. I wish I never wasted my time or money here, and I wish I went to gallery of hair instead. More money, but at least I would have been happy the first time. Now I have to go get it redone and even shorter than what I wanted. On my job interview tomorrow I have to wear my hair down, but not with this embarrassing haircut, that looks like I did it myself.

Being a huge fan of great clips I went by and picked up a haircut. This seems to be a new location. the lady who cut my hair did a great job and I have no complaints. The store was clean and service was fine. I’ll probably go back here again since it’s kind of close to where I live. Nothing else really to report. Just another great clips…/shrug
