A synopsis of just one of our disappointing experiences with Cintas: Our serviceman took our door mats and replaced them with Cintas mats. When we canceled our mat service they said they had already destroyed our original mats and will take back the Cintas mats too if we didn’t continue to use their service. The salesmen have no problem threatening you. Servicemen will charge you fees that are not in your contract. I have never been so appalled by such terrible business practices. Cintas will take advantage of you. Stay away.

Terrible. Billing is inconsistant and will only bill weekly(not monthly). Not only that but they refuse to send invoices to addresses you request(will only drop off invoices with the uniforms, which are usually cleaned very poorly, never pressed right, and very inconsistant). They just recently jacked up their service charges even though we had a contract with them. Haven’t heard from my sales rep in 2 years(since we signed) and it takes about 3 weeks to 2 months for anyone other then the billing department to contact you. Very poor customer service. I will be cancelling the contract and never using them again at any other building/company I work for unless this all gets straightened out.

i handle much of the administrative stuff for the small business i work for, the Cintas account included. not only are they terribly frustrating to communicate with after your account has already been set up and you’ve begun to *pay*, but(1) we consistently get other companies’ uniforms,(2) other companies seem to consistently get our uniforms,(3) changes to the account take at least a month(if not, more) and(4), they still charge me anyway to clean uniforms that i haven’t seen for weeks. i don’t know if it’s this center in particular, or Cintas as a whole, but i’m looking for someone else to take care of my uniform needs.
