I had a great experience! Staff was friendly, food was fast and FRESH. Where else can I run in and grab a great breakfast burrito and very healthy juice???

I just started a new job across the street from Freshii and a coworker recommended I try one of their soups. They place is pretty busy and I don’t blame them for trying to get our food out fast and correct. I love their food and they’ve been very nice to me. I recommend people have patience and if you’re not acknowledged then get their attention. Stop whining about not being seen or spoken to. Communication works both ways. If they were not paying attention to you, they might’ve been busy helping others. Other than that, you should speak up and make your concern heard to the manager. Learn how to have patience people.

Freshii has lost my business forever. The straw that broke the camel’s back was when I was overcharged for my lunch for the second time in two weeks. I was running late and didn’t want to argue, but as I walked out I recognized that I wasn’t offered a receipt for my $ 12 lunch or asked whether I wanted to dine in or take it to go. So what did I get? I chicken terriyaki sushirito(think half sushi, half burrito). It was hastily assembled and when I took it out of the package to eat it, much of the contents had fallen out of the wrapper. Of course eating it was an exercise in futility. The nori was chewy. Both ends were open, and because the roll wasn’t cut, it made it impossible to eat without dropping the contents onto the plate. And worst of all, the flavor was incredibly bland. Great concept, horrid execution. Bye Freshii.

This location has the worst staff. They can’t be bothered to take your order or make your food. I waited close to 7 minutes for one smoothie when there were no other customers in the store. The management of this location needs to clean house and find some motivated employees who actually give a crap about customer service. And EVERY time I do online ordering at this location, something is messed up with my order. Please please fix this location.

I think this is a new location, the reason for 2 stars is the unmotivated staff. I stood at the register to order for 20 seconds before anyone acknowledged my presence. They were busy talking among themselves. I ordered«to-go» and moved over to the end of the line where we pick up our food. The guy that finished the burrito wrapped it up, and slid it across the counter, turned around and walked away. I had to grab the bag myself from the counter. just a pretty cold vibe considering Freshii usually has very warm welcoming almost perky people all excited about eating healthy.

I am not a person who has time to write reviews but i am taking the time today because I just feel that the manager/owner of this location has no idea whats going on there. I gave them so many chances and every trip to that location is a disappointment. Today I ordered a simple Cobb salad and it took 7PEOPLE20 minutes to make this one salad. There were no people ahead of me no people behind me. Finally I get the salad and it is HALF size… with rotten greens and avocado that is as hard as a stone. Never again will I go to this location.

I have been here a few times and today I tried the oatmeal for breakfast. I was very disappointed. It was very gooey and gummy. There are better choices for oatmeal in the area, namely pret(very good) and potbelly(not good either) I know my oatmeal and this place just doesn’t cut it.

Echoing another review, I’ve had issues with my orders here. The was with the Kale Effect Bowl. The first ingredient listed in the description is brown rice, and my order was missing brown rice. I erroneously assumed my order was correct and didn’t realize the mistake until I reached my office. I called and asked if they could deliver a new one, they asked me to come back. Fine. No apology and they questioned whether I had requested the bowl without rice. The second was with the Pangoa. No cheese. The same bowl also contained pieces of egg white. Good thing I’m not allergic. I will be going to other locations from now on even though this one is close to my office.

ok so now i am even more pissed than i was less than 1 month ago. so these ppl open at 7a.m. i purposely come down at 7:30 eventhough i feel that if a business opens at 7a. m, things should be preparing at 6:30 so when the doors open, the customers are good to go. after the last time i came and made a review of this samn place, i decided to give it a try to get my damn oatmeal. it was exactly 7:35a.m when i came down and the girl tells me(with a damn attitude yet again) that the oatmeal is not ready and that i can come back in 15 – 20 min. why in the hell would you think i had that much time. i had a patient to see in exactly 10 min from the time i got there. i really hate this damn place. i am seriously looking up the number to corporate because this location is in a really huge building. It is convenient because in the morning you dont want to walk so far away to get some damn breakfast when the place is right there. i refuse to deal with attitude on top of not having things together 30 min after being open… i have never been so annoyed with a place before. if i could give this place 0 stars i would smh… DONOTGOTOTHISLOCATION

This is my third time at this location that I have had a issue. First time wrong order, second time no chicken added, and third time no avocado after I payed extra for it. They really need to have better/more organized management and faster service with a smile. A few times I have come in the morning for a smoothie and it takes over 15 minutes to make when no one else is there. It’s sometimes unorganized chaos! I hope they get organized soon!

Holy crap this place is expensive for what you get! However, it is delicious! I finally caved and tried Freshii. It’s healthy, it’s salads, wraps, and bowls of just good for you goodness. You’re going to pay for it though. My salad, although custom, was over $ 13! That is a little much. Concept is easy, pick something off the menu, be it a salad, wrap, or bowl, and customize it on a piece of paper at the front. The staff is friendly and quick. The ingredients are mostly vegetarian and lack a variety of options for mass protein… at least for the salads, but it’s fresh and delicious. Portion was right. I will try here again, maybe a wrap off the menu.

I think I found my favorite soup here. The Spicy Lemongrass Soup. The broth has the perfect spicy kick, and you can definitely taste the lemongrass. On a cold day, the soup is hot enough to warm up your body, but it’s light enough to refresh your day. In addition, the service/food making process is fast as always, just in time for me to get back to my lunchtime phone call.
