Four Seasons Dry Cleaners & Tailoring

Did a great and quick job with my husbands coat and dress pants. My daughter had actually thrown up on his coat and he tried to get most of it out but he needed it dry cleaned afterward. Unfortunately there was one spot where it still smelled a little bit but overall it looked and smelled brand new! I feel like that is an extreme situation though. The pants looked great! Oh! And the cost is unbeatable!

No problem with the dry cleaning but definitely have an issue with the tailoring.
I brought in a pair of jeans to get tailored into skinny jeans. While the lady was fitting me and putting the pins in me, I noticed the jeans were kind of lose but figured it was so I could take the jeans off. I kept asking, ‘these will be skinny, right?’ And she responded, ‘yes yes yes’. After picking them up, they came out boot cut. Not at all what I was expecting after she kept assuring me they would be skinny jeans. When I brought them back about why the jeans weren’t skinny, she, very aggressively and rudely responded, ‘these jeans could never be skinny, the seem would be crooked, blah blah’. OKAY. Then WHY did you not tell me during the fitting. I wouldn’t have had them tailored at all if they couldn’t be altered. My jeans are ruined and wasted $ 27.
***be very cautious when working with the lady. She won’t apologize for her fault.
The son is very helpful and patient. It’s the mom you have to watch out for.

Going above and beyond is what they do — no deadline, tailoring challenge or stain (!) is too much for them, and if you’re not satisfied, they will do everything they can to fix it. Chris and his mom are the best.

Friendly Greek owned business. They have done an awesome job on what I’ve brought in so far. They make it a point to get to know everyone that comes in from the neighborhood! :-)
