Delicious, authentic, friendly and well priced. We had a Groupon but would come back and pay full price. It is very affordable especially for the area.

I love this place! The two guys who run the restaurant are very polite.
The empanadas here are bomb. I’ve tried almost all of them. I have yet to try the Mexican nacho macho but I heard it’s delicious. My favorites are the chili verde, chicken cordon blue, ham and cheese and the Colombian. The other flavors are delicious too but those four are the best. They all taste great with either dipping sauce but I find the Chimichurri sauce to be the best.
I have not had much of their other food except for mushroom soup (it tasted terrible to be honest) and their burger.
I actually had ordered a bacon and egg cheeseburger but the one guy must have misheard me because all I got was a bacon hamburger. It was decent, it’s not a gourmet burger like you get at Kumas or Lockdown, the meat is well done and the buns aren’t that special. For all of this considered I deduct one star.
You would be better off getting empanadas. Overall the area is great in the summer because they open up the storefront like many other restaurants in the area. Customer service is also satisfactory.

I bought a Groupon for this place on a whim and it was delicious. It was great that I can get it for carry out, very convenient. I bought the groupon for $ 30. For $ 30, I got to order every empanada they had one the menu. They’re only $ 3 each, so it was enough plus all the dipping sauce.
So, the empanadas were good, but I did think they were a bit dry so the dipping sauce played a huge role. I’m not sure if it was suppose to be like that. The four cheese one was my least fave, but that’s my opinion. The traditional was the best and the Mexican nacho macho.

This place was fantastic! It satisfied my craving for a simple burger done right, which most Chicago burger places ignore in favor of too many stylized burgers. The burger was cooked to order with all the usual toppings. They had several gourmet burgers as well; the avocado mushroom was awesome with very fresh avocado. The empanadas with chimi churri sauce were outta sight. The pork and chili verde was my favorite. Go now, you will not be disappointed! Also, BYOB.

–The burger was succulent, and the toppings were fresh, plentiful, and blended together nicely
–The macho nacho empanada is amazing. It packs a flavorful, juicy, cheesy punch
–The chile verde empanada tastes healthier, with simple flavors. It was not greasy at all

We stumbled upon this little delight last night and I HAD to write about the experience. There are a million little fast food places all over this city but these guys are different. The place was relatively empty went we got there which was actually great. It was spotless and relaxing. The man behind the counter, who I presume may be the owner was the show stealer. Sometimes you meet these amazing, sweet souls and he was one of them. So kind and happy! He explained his menu and made great suggestions. The food took awhile to come out, but it was well worth the wait. The empanadas were INCREDIBLE and so fresh. The salad that came on the side was beautiful. The food was so fresh and REAL! I love this place and I will go back here a ton. And they deliver!

Fantastic empanadas and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend the macho nacho empanada.

Good empanadas and dipping sauces. Empanadas here have more filling (meat, cheese) than Empanadas 5411, they are bigger and not greasy. Great location but need a design or look revamp. Maybe change the color of the walls and replace table and chairs. Other than that great empanadas.

Great empanadas, great service and best of all awesome prices, they definitely know how to make very authentic empanadas, one of my favorite empanadas was the one with dulce de Leche

I’ve been here a bunch of times since they open and I tried them al, l and every time I have had a great meal for the money. Don’t forget to try the apple empanada as a desert comes with ice cream, deIicious. As for the burgers, have tried one of the burgers don’ remember which at this time and the meat was good quality, you could tell by the taste, but I have yet to try all the other burgers. it is very convenient I live in the area and is my last stop before heading home from work it is my dally dinner Thank you guys great place!

I had the Traditional Colombian & Tomato Basil Empanadas and both were delicious! My friend and I were warmly greeted and the staff was incredibly helpful. Wonderful food and people.

Delicious empanadas. I’ve only tried the nacho macho and chile verde; both were very flavorful. The dipping sauces are excellent, with the chimichurri being my favorite so far.
Fast and friendly service. To-​go orders are packaged in a nice box for easy carrying.

Very good empandas. The Mexican nacho macho is my personal favorite. They also have a cinnamon apple empanda served with ice cream. Highly recommend.
