Dunkin’ Donuts

Great location, within walking distance of hotel. Staff not friendly and rude. Ordered large items received medium and again staff rude when we asked for our correct size. Ordered large smoothie and cup was half full. We will not be visiting this location again.

When i went in there there were 2 girls working. A young one with glasses and a chunky older one. I asked for my sandwich which was nasty, very nasty. DONT GET THE CHICKEN AND BACON SANDWICH THING THEY HAVE. IT ILL BE 7 DOLLARS GONE FOREVER. It’s a very soggy breaded chicken patty that was not even warmed up all the way, with a few slices of soggy bacon on a stale piece of bread. And for some reason the whole sandwich was oily. THE WAY THEY PREPARED THE FOOD WAS NASTY One gurl rubbed the inside of her shirt by her shoulder, while the other was laughing and talking loudly while preparing the food which was right in front of her (her spit particles probably landed in it) i bought it anyways, then threw it out a block away in the alley when i saw the texturee of the foo, hoping it would be ok-​ish

This is a rather generous rating but it deserved a boost due to the staff and the lack of a wait. That being said, I was expecting a lot more due to the hype.
If you go later in the day, there aren’t a lot of people BUT, there aren’t a lot of donuts either. The ones they do have, however, have definitely stiffened up from sitting out all day. This of course could be fixed by taking them home and popping them in the microwave, but not everyone can wait that long when it comes to wanting to indulge in some sweet treats.
The donuts are light and fluffy when warm and okay with price but unless you get a specialty donut, you’re probably better off going to your local shop.
Not sure if this is all DD but for my first time, I was definitely feeling homesick for my Krispy Kreme. Really nice staff every time though! And fast and easy customer service.

No donuts, latte, no bathrooms!!! This place sucks! How does dunkin donuts have no donuts!??
