Worst dunkin in the city! I will walk the block to other from now on. Most all the workers are RUDE and very disrespectful. I will never go back in there!

Have morning and evening classes across so I was and frequent customer. When I just left my class at not even 8pm, they had a very small selection of donuts left. Of course the least popular kind that no one wants. Mind you this is a 24 hour location. When I asked for the next bwtch, I was told they weren’t making any more. I asked if it was indeed a 24 hr location then what were they going to do once they ran out, of course she had no and but gibberish. Sigh, it happens every time, guess I’ll walk the block to the next one.

Seriously the worst service I have ever gotten at a Dunkin Donuts. And I love Dunkin Donuts.
The cashier was annoyed we were even there and half of the options were gone. This is a 24 hour location so I don’t understand why it was such a burden to serve us at 8pm

Is it just me, or are the Dunkin Donuts in Chicago just completely different in taste? I was visiting the Windy City and was so excited to get my hands on some DD again. It’s been too long. When I had it though, the donuts tasted old. That texture when the bottom of the donut is dry and when you bite into it, the peaks of yeasty dough are just white and dry too?! Are these donuts old, I just don’t understand! I’m disappointed since this happened to most of the DDs we went too! I guess I just gotta stick with the DDs in Maine. For some reason in Chicago, they just don’t make it right (went to several other DDs in the Loop to make sure!). I am heartbroken.

Regardless of how long the line might be, you won’t be waiting more than a minute or two to place your order. The staff here is cheerful and friendly even at the crack of dawn. Quick, cheap and close to the office. Can’t ask for much else.

Seriously? The worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. I work at the building it’s located at and I now avoid going there. You would think ordering a large coffee with crème, no sugar wouldn’t be hard. You pour the coffee. Hit the button for cream. Cap it and you’re done.
Nope. The woman working the shift is always on her bluetooth piece talking to lord knows who. It’s rude. The service sucks. I’m going to the dunkin donuts a block down the road from now on. I’ve had it.

I got a little too excited when I found out I could buy 6 munchkins, since the menu showed only larger quantities. I love donut holes! But I learned that I don’t necessarily love Dunkin’ Donuts’s donut holes. They’re a little too cake for me, but I should’ve known what I was getting myself into (silly Californian…). My husband loves the flavored coffee selection they have (like most people do). The store looks pretty dingy, old, and gross — but from what I’ve noticed, most Dunkin Donuts have that «preserved from the 70s look» which is really unappealing to me. On the bright side, the service was friendly and fast, so no complaints about there. Lord knows I don’t want to spend that much time in the store (something about the homeless people lingering outside and the buzzing fluorescent lighting inside make me uneasy), so I am thankful to be in and out in a jiffy.

I usually only go here because it’s right across from school — but because of that, it’s always crowded. I think they do their best to get the orders out fast but they have their slow days. There’s a lot of workers who are very nice but it’s the quality of the food that kind of sucks. Sure, they have their good days, but a lot of times the hash browns are soggy, wake up wraps, have a half a slice of bacon, coffee is watered down or doesn’t have enough flavor. The only reason I go to this location is mostly convenience. Other than that the employees are friendly and do their best.

I came here in the morning with intentions to pick-​up some donuts for my co-workers.but that didn’t happen due to the horrible customer service…
It was my first time going to that Dunkin Donuts so I was just viewing the menu when one of the staff laughs, kind of felt like they were laughing at me because I wasn’t ready to order & it seemed obvious since they stared at me. not sure… anyhow. I was finally ready to order after waiting .
I didn’t notice that the line started at the other side (they could have told me…), but the girl clearly saw me waiting & never said anything or directed me to the line… and knew i’ve been waiting… and refused to help me saying that I wasn’t in line… and I said. I was waiting. .and she said «yea, but you weren’t in line»…
I think that’s bad customer service because I definitely would not have done that if I knew that a customer was waiting… yea I get it that I was not waiting in the correct spot, but i was still waiting… waiting = waiting… esp if the staff knew that i was waiting…
Definitely made my morning meh… I ended up not going back to wait in line and just left the store. I wouldn’t want to be helped by the rude staff…
Location: is great since it’s on the way to work or back home from work.
Although the location is good… sadly, I’d rather spend my money elsewhere… the manager needs to train the staff better… unless they would like to lose customers that could have been regulars…

Where do I begin? There are homeless people chilling outside the place asking for food and cash, the food is disgusting, and the coffee is lackluster. I have been a huge fan of ham, egg, and cheese on a croissant but this place has the nastiest croissants. They are doughy and soggy. I also question their sanitary practices… I see them using the same utensils for everything. Gross!

As always — great Dunkin! Super fast service. Excellent coffee. This location is right by the Hotel Allegra. There is a seating area too in case you want to stay for a while. Everything was super clean and typical Dunkin! :-D

I came here twice in the same weekend…
Ordered the same thing both times – I believe it was a blueberry cake donut; cake donuts are just better (than other donuts) by virtue. Anyway, my boyfriend also spoiled me with donut bites (donut holes) – and didn’t even flinch when I sat across from Cloud Gate and ate… all of them. He’s the one, I think. I digress.
And we also got coffee, because of course we did.

This place is great, always a wide selection, feeds the witty hotel nearby very well. Always what i want… speaking of that, i want one of those apple donuts. MAN those are good. Pumpkin too.
Anyway, theyre fast and open 24 hours now. Cant wait to get that 3am desire for donuts & a 25 minute train ride.

A wonderful Dunkin donuts that is run very well. Fast, friendly and efficient. There are a lot of workers that work here which probably is why I had my order filled so quickly. Lots of seating here if you just wanted to hang out. I’d be happy to come back here again any day!

I got a drink and I’m sure other people would like it but I didn’t and they were very happy to give me a new one. They were really nice about it and as I apologized profusely they just smiled and gave me a drink that was more to my liking. I appreciated that amazing costumer service.

This it the BEST Dunkin Donuts I have ever been too. Their customer service is great and they are very fast with your order! The manager is always there working side by side with his workers. They always go above and beyond for their customers. Keep up the good work.

Nothing really special about this DD to differentiate from any other DD. The worker was kind. The inside was kind of dark. But there was an outdoor seating area in case you wanted to sip your drink or eat your food while enjoying beautiful weather (which Mother Nature provided us with at least on this day).
