Yoo this spot is dope. Open early. Donuts always in stock. And i bet the Bossman is always on they ass cause they make my coffee like there’s a rush when I’m the only customer in line. ha. I fuck wit tho. The staff cracks me up.

I love this dunkin donuts! I live right on the other side of the red line on Addison so its like a 1 minute walk to get here. There are a few girls I always see working here and they’re always really nice, helpful and fast. I’ve only had one order messed up here while I’ve lived off Addison and mistakes happen so no big deal to me. Awesome staff!

I would like to apologize to the poor man, who had to get off the phone to help me. He rushed to get my order and was very short. I am glad I only ordered the #1 which is 2 donuts (most of their selection was empty) and a warm coffee… so glad he could get back to his phone call quickly

Relatively new store right in the heart of wrigleyville. I was pumped when hearing that this was going to be coming in. Perfect on my commute to work as it is located right under the Addison redline. Super friendly staff and quick service. Good alternative to Starbucks if you’re trying to save a little cash. On one visit, their mobile payment system was down and instead of charging me on my card, they gave me my coffee for free.

This is my very favorite Dunkin Donuts! It is pretty new and everyone is super nice! I feel like at other Dunkin Donuts, the staff always looks like they hate their lives. So it is refreshing to be greeted by someone is actually smiling! This store is very clean and very fast (like the speed of a busy loop store)! They almost always have .99 coffee too. I have no idea why that is but I love that!!!

Brand new, clean, nice staff, well-​stocked. This Dunkin has a lot going for it. I’ve been seeing the little Dunkin flags from the Addison red line platform lately and was pretty excited to have one opening nearby – this stretch of Addison doesn’t have any good coffee on the fly spots yet.
I went in for the first time today and noticed a couple things worth noting. 1) this Dunkin is so clean – like, I had no idea that any Dunkin was ever this clean at one point; 2) all of the doughnut crates were filled and the munchkins looked super fresh. Lately, I haven’t been able to get a fresh doughnut from a Dunkin anywhere downtown, no matter the time of day; 3) the staff are so friendly. I think this is what makes a fast food chain spot stick out from others. Honestly, the staff here are kind, patient and just friendly. My bf and I ordered two pink frosted sprinkled doughnuts and the cashier said, «Alright! Simpsons doughnuts!»
Hell yeah! We will be back.
