Worst sandwich I have ever eaten! The big and toasty was more like the big and mushy! The bread was not toasted at all, just very mushy from some flavorless oil they put on it. No cheese anywhere, the eggs were flavorless as well as the thin sliced bacon strips also flavorless. I only got 4 hash browns which supposed to come with the meal. Coffee comes with the meal, why would she ask me if I wanted it? No excuse as they were not busy. I guess they just don’t care what kind of slop they put out for $ 6.89! I had to throw it out after one bite! Not even worth one star!

I usually received good service here, but a staff member named Patel was messing everyone’s order up, including mine, which was frustrating at least dozens of people. It took ten minutes to receive my coffee, only after reminding the other staff member of my order, and after he did not include sugar in my extra large hot coffee, I asked him if he could give me sugar. He did not know what was going on, said defensively that he didn’t know if there was sugar in my coffee, and told me to get sugar from the condiment stand instead of being polite and serving me. I don’t think I will ever come back to this location again.

This is probably the worst Dunkin donuts in the neighborhood. Coffee is constantly filled to the max with cream and extremely weak. Every time I decide to give this location another shot, I get another reason to bypass them and drive the extra distance to the dd in park ridge. Today I ordered two bagels toasted and basically got bagels that were toasted for probably 30 seconds and then to top it off the girl plopped a huge scoop of cream cheese smack in the middle without spreading it. The bagels we actually cold and I couldn’t even spread the cream cheese myself. When I realized this, I wanted to turn my car around and throw the bagels right over the counter. How do you mess up a bagel?! Well this place seemed to have figured it out. The workers are rude and can’t get simple orders right. And when you try to correct them it’s like you are bothering them. Maybe if you got it right the first time, you wouldn’t have to be «bothered» by me. Corporate should go in there and retrain the clowns they have working behind the counter. Next time I’ll be sure to give my business to a location that’s better ran. The location on toughy and greenwood in park ridge is way better and much more pleasant of an atmosphere.

The last 3 times I have been to this location my coffee has been so weak that I’ve had to throw it out and go to another location to buy a good cup of coffee. 1 time I say bad day try again. 2nd time I say hmmmm one last chance. 3rd time I say never again.

For a DD chain, they’re quick, efficient, and friendly. There’s outdoor seating and wifi which is nice. Wish they had a drive thru, though I can see how that would create more traffic in the mornings.

Nice workers but something is very wrong with their hashbrowns… How do you screw up hash browns?

This place is notorious for making mistakes and then charging the customer for the error. This is not how you run a business and in fact, it’s how they lost mine. Never understood the obsession with their coffee or their paper/plastic donuts, so this is not a huge loss for me.

Screwed up my coffee — wanted a large and they went to give me a small. I explained that I wanted a large, and the woman made me a large coffee and proceeded to charge me full price for the large coffee… no, its whatever the large coffee costs minus the small coffee price(which I had already paid). Shocker, the woman didn’t understand what I was saying. Maybe because she didn’t speak English, or maybe because she was just an idiot. Finally, after much explanation I get my coffee and they make my food and I go. Figures my food would be awful and cold. Wont be going back here ever again.

Ah I love Dunkin Donuts coffee and I stop here often for a decaf and in the summer my Iced Coffee. Its very clean and the employees here are very nice and quick. The only complaint is the parking lot, only because of the location of this place the lot is small. if you get there in the morning its packed and hard to get in and out or even find a spot. Other than that its a good D&D

Really bitter dark coffee, not like the normal Dunkin brand. Donut selection just your usual from DD, nothing special. Will not go back. Also, the parking lot is full of idiots in huge SUV’s who barrel in and out without looking.

Why does dunkin go with the dark roast? It tastes buuuurned! I know coffee addicts that will not touch dunkin. Please offer an option maybe for medium roast, so the coffee tastes slightly better. I live down the street and prefer to make my own expresso, i just stop by for donuts, wraps, and wifi occasionally.

The best dunkin donuts in Chicago. I go out of my way just to go to this specific location. The employees are extremely nice and generous. Their coffee is always fresh and donuts are too.

This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts. The employees are friendly and provide great service. Definitely visit this location if you’re in the area, and avoid its stupid older brother down the street.

My favorite Dunkin Donuts! It’s the ‘Cheers’ of Donut shops. They always remember me and how I like my Joe. Since coffee is my crack, sometimes I am in there a couple times a day. My kids don’t mind stopping in with me because they always give them free munchkins. Around Christmas they even asked me if I wanted to stay and watch them put up decorations! Since most of the building is still vacant after the building went up there is plenty of parking in the lot. They also did a great job accommodating everyone after the annual Turkey Trot since everyone was tired, hungry and cold after the walk. It is a very clean and friendly, family owned business!

For some reason the coffee is hotter and stronger at this location. It’s clean and not sticky like your typical Dunkin. Staff is real friendly.

OK, so it’s another DD franchise that just opened on the first week of November. But to me, it’s a convenient location on the way to work. I always hated jumping lanes of busy traffic trying to get to the one on Milwaukee & Devon. The Edison Park neighborhood definitely needed one in the area and now we’ll be getting 2DD’s. The second one will open on NW Highway in Park Ridge across from the Pancake House, about 2 miles away. For the moment, this one is open for business and certainly there’s been a crowd each day this week as I pass the place about 6:10 every morning. Inside, the smell of fresh coffee hits you the moment you walk in. I love their apple fritters(big enough for 2 servings). I got mine and a Dunkaccino(OK to laugh here) and I was out the door in 2 minutes even though I was 3rd in line when I walked in. This Dunkin’s is on the first floor of a newly built office building on the pointy corner of Northwest Highway and Devon. There’s plenty of tables, nicely decorated walls that look classy, and not the tacky and bright DD interiors of the past 10 – 15 years. I’ll be sure to stop in here from time to time, all in moderation. After all, while America runs on Dunkin, I get the runs from eating more than one…
