If I could give 0 I would. Why is it so unbelievably hard to remember the SAUCE. COMEONDUDE, no icing for the cinnastix? No ranch for the wings? Every single time I order, this is ALWAYS the problem. Deliveries take so long I’m under the impression the driver is on the side of the road eating my food. Lame. So lame. Get it together Dominos.

Placed an order on the app. Thought this was an acceptable way as I’ve done this in the past. However, with this last order my order that I placed was not delivered correctly. Okay, things happen… I get it… I’m understanding. I called Luis, the manager said that he was going to remake my order at that I would have it within :40. :40 minutes came and went. I said I’ll give it another :15…it should be here. I actually gave them an extra :25 and when I didn’t have my order I’m like, whoa… okay let me call and see what’s going on. A rep answered and said, «I should have it within :10 the driver already left the store with my order.» Okay… I’m waiting…:10…:20…:30…:40…I’m like for real… we’re going on 2 ½ hours since I originally placed my order(l can upload the call log that has the time stamps) where is my food. I called back, immediately asked to talk to the manager, Luis(#2 as I later found out that there’s 2) to find out what’s going on with my order that I had already paid for(cash)! After trying to figure out a reasonable solution, keep in mind, THEYMESSEDUPMYORDER, not me. It was placed correctly, THISSTOREMADEITWRONG! He decided that I was not valuable as a customer and hung up the phone on me. When I called back he left me on hold and refused to answer the phone. Now I know DOMINOES does not treat their customers like this, because they have put a lot of money into advertisements that promote good customer service and how they value their customers. Unfortunately, the owner of this franchise needs to FIRE/TERMINATE this manger PERIOD! He is a poor example and representation of Dominoes and everything that this company stands for! At the very least he needs to go through some intense customer training courses and figure it out before he deals with anymore customers or represents this franchise! I asked for my money back as I know that Dominoes guarantees that they will either remake the order or give you your money back. The store team said that they would send someone over to bring me my money back within :20. When Enrique arrived he told me to come to his car to get the money. I’m staying in a hotel. I told him, NO that wasn’t safe that he needed to meet me in the lobby where we picked up the original order. I was standing at the lobby waiting and he refused to meet me in the lobby. When I called the store back, he said that Luis and him were very busy and that he dropped my money off with«someone» and that was all. So, now I don’t have food… I don’t have my money and he told me to call 1−800-Dominoes to file a complaint. I am disgusted and will be contacting the store manager and store owner first thing tomorrow, along with the corporate offices in Ann Arbor! COMPLETELY unacceptable! Seriously, order with caution from this store take heed to the ratings(I should’ve)!!!

Yo yo yo. This pizza I just had was not delivery — for sure digiorno. No one out here spreading the love for the frozen Za but I’m here. This digiorno pizza I just had crushed every domino’s one I’ve ever ordered. Crust so thick it make your momma scream. Cheese so smooth you wanna dump your boyfriend. This shit was no joke. I ordered online for a large group several days in advance, figuring it’d be nice to give them as much heads up as possible. Pizza was 30 minutes late, delivery driver literally laughed at me for ordering so much food. 1⁄3 of the order was either wrong, or only had toppings on half of the pizza. The staff of this location must be pulling a Weekend at Bernies with the manager, because there is no way someone would knowingly run a business this way.

I’ve always been a big advocate of Domino’s for fast, efficient delivery — especially through their app. However, this location has to be the WORST of the chain. I’m used to receiving my delivery within 20 – 25 minutes of ordering… EVERYTIME. Placing through this location, I’ve had to call 5 times, two orders later, 3 rude employees(one that hung up on me), a discussion with the manager, promised expedited delivery, 2 hours later… still no pizza. From now on, I’ll be checking reviews of specific locations before ordering…

I was actually surprised with how fast they showed up. My team decided to put our money in for the two large special. I work for a contracting firm in the loop so I assumed they would take a while. I had a slight issue with my order, and the manager Tim was very polite and rectified the situation. This is a great place by my standards. We normal order from a local place, however we may switch. Customer service is every bit as important as price. In fact the future of commerce will be 100% about how you are treated versus how much you pay.

We ordered and got a confirmation saying our pizza would be ready in 45 minutes… 2 hours and 15 minutes later and a few phone calls with management later, were still waiting. And no offer of comping our meal either. Terrible customer service, and our pizza is definitely going to be cold. Should not have had to pay for this crap.

If I could give zero stars I would. When the delivery driver showed up he was putting my food back in the bag with his bare hands. Also had hair on it. Oh you better believe I called back! They are in the process of re delivering my order as I write this… that was 40 minutes ago and I can almost see the place from my high rise. Very classy:) now I’m still not sure I’ll be eating tonight even if they do show up. I’m thinking its growing through some disgusting fast food lick test or something worse.

The two times I have ordered from here the pizza was delivered before promised and was fresh and delicious. They did forget some condiments that I ordered the first time I ordered from here but after calling and speaking to the manager it was rectified. The employees who answer the phone have always been polite, respectful, and professional. Mistakes happen and if you give this location an opportunity to make it right you may be pleasantly surprised. The manager Luis is great and takes pride in making his customers happy.

Paid for extra toppings was provided with almost no topping at all and not even both toppings. Took the time to order and pay for extra and not even given both toppings. This location is consistently terrible to visit! The lights are often turned off inside the entrance do it looks closed even at 7pm on a Friday. The staff fights over who has to help the customer. Often left at front cash register for over 5 minutes without any employees acknowledging me but yet they will look at you like your disturbing them. The employees will leave you items waiting in the back and do not bring it to you for over fifteen minutes even if you try to ask them. However this all being stated the concern is being accommodated for paying for these extra toppings. Here’s the pizza, it was supposed to be extra mushroom and extra spinach there’s no mushroom and barely spinach!!!

I love this location. It is unexpectedly fast if you do take-out, the pizza is well-made, and they don’t skimp you on the toppings. Food: You’ve probably known what to expect in quality since your first pizza party in middle school. I mean, it’s Domino’s. Don’t expect some great Chicago pizzeria. But if you want to feast on a whole pizza by yourself quickly and cheaply late at night, you can settle for this. Service: I love the staff here — they’re very friendly and will joke around with you if you’re not being mean or rude. For a pizza place, it is surprisingly quick if you do the take-out. Environment: Small waiting area without any real sitting space to dine. Just get in and get out.

Most poorly run business I have ever seen! Placed an online order last night and it said the delivery time would be within 45 – 50 mins,(keep in mind our hotel was about 1.5 miles away from their location). An hour and a half later still no pizza, so I called the number for their business and still could not get a hold of anyone. The first time the phone was busy, and the second time I was on hold for 30 mins and just gave up. These people had the nerve to still charge my card, this is down right theft at this point! I called the next afternoon and explained my situation to a very rude lady who was very unapologetic and said that I was the 5th person to call today complaining about their order never being delivered. She also said that she doesn’t have the authorization to refund my money and that I would have to call back when her manager was in. By this point I was infuriated with her lack of customer service and compassion for my situation. I will never go to bed hungry or order from Domino’s ever again. Learned my lesson.

Absolutely the worst Domino’s. I’m amazed that this place even has two stars. If you placed an order for delivery here there’s a good chance it won’t be delivered. If, by some miracle it does get delivered do not expect your pizza to be delivered on time. If the pizza is delivered and it is delivered on time do not expect the order to be correct. If it is delivered, on time, and it is the correct order go buy yourself a lottery ticket – you’re the chosen one. Save yourself the stress and the madness dealing with their awful«customer service» and order from somewhere else. Seriously, anywhere else.

It’s a pity I can’t give negative stars, otherwise I would have. I ordered a pizza 2 hours ago, still haven’t received it. Called in an hour ago, they said the driver is on the way, half an hour ago the driver was still on his way, and 5 minutes ago the driver was still on his way… NEVERORDERFOODFROMTHISPLACE, THEDELIVERYSERVICEISTERRIBLE. Update: got my order and a full refund, atleast they were cognizant of their error and polite.

A problem every time I order! I usually place my orders online so that I have a confirmation of the expected delivery time and without fail on nearly every occasion they are not on time and I only live a five minute drive away. And when they are on time, they have provided me either with an incorrect order or a pizza that has clearly been tossed around in the backseat. I guess the only thing that they don’t mess it up is the flavor, but then again that is franchise standard. I will say that every time I have had to email a complaint through their website I have either been provided with a refund for a canceled order or provided a credit for my inconvenience. Why do I continue to order from them, you ask? Well I used to tell myself it was convenient and affordable so I guess I deserve the disappointment???

Well, I guess I deserve this for ordering Domino’s when there’s a million better options in a mile radius… but it’s been two hours since I placed my order, one hour since it left the store, and my pizza still hasn’t arrived. Called 25 minutes ago and they told me the driver was arriving as we spoke. Did I mention I live down the street? This happens every time I order from this location, yet I continue to go back… Just be aware that they SUCK and you should order apprx. 7 hrs before you plan on eating. Update– it’s now been three hours since I ordered. They’ve sent three different pizzas out, all of which have yet to reach my house which is 0.5 miles from the store. Called to cancel and get a refund… no apology. But again, I probably deserve this for ordering Dominos. Save your sanity and order from anywhere else.

I stick to the Pan Pizza and an occasional sandwich, and I’ve only ordered carryout. For under $ 10, the Pan Pizza is great for a quick, cheap meal or a snack. I’ve never had a problem with the service at this location. My order is always ready in less than 20 minutes, and the staff has been good. Domino’s will never compete with the great pizza options Chicago has to offer, but it holds it’s own against the fast food and takeout options in the neighborhood. Stick to the basics, take it for what it is, and Domino’s is great for a quick pizza — and all for the same time and cost of a frozen one.

I suppose this particular Domino’s is okay. I’ve only been inside of it once and I quickly learned that it’s not the place I’d want to spend any sort of quality time. After all, they have a counter with a plexiglass(?) barrier between you and the employee. Unless I’m at the meat or seafood counter at the grocery store, I don’t need to be in a place that has that sort of protection. Just sayin’. Every time I’ve ordered from this Domino’s I’ve ordered either online or from their app. It’s pretty easy to use. I like how you can set a time for your food to be ready. I also like how they call you if you don’t come and get your food when you said you would. We’ve only ordered Cheesy Bread. Although we haven’t tried anything else from this particular Domino’s, we have enough experience with Domino’s Pizza to know that we’ll take a pass.
