If you’ve been watching one of those TV shows where the diggers go into the old dusty barn and dig through a pile of dirty, broken items to find their one gem. This is the place for you. I go in from time to time to see what they’ve picked. Most of the furniture items have seen much better days, but they are willing to haggle on price. Every now and then, I find the exact piece I’m looking for, and I’ve never walked away because the price was too high. You can’t say that everywhere.

Ever seen that old TV show, Sanford & Son? This is what Fred Sanford’s junk shop must’ve looked like. A true thrift and junk shop. They have their own way of organizing things, like stacking old video game consoles one on top of the other. Most of the crap in here is old, cracked and dirty, but much of it is serviceable. This shop seems to focus more on selling furniture, most likely salvaged from alleys and whatnot. I wouldn’t go out of my way to hit this store, but if you’re feeling especially frisky and in the mood for a good, dusty dig, have at it. You’ll probably get a good deal on whatever you find.
