I LOVE my Spin class at Cycle Therapy! Aaron Foster is a phenomenal instructor who has truly honed his craft. It’s fun, yet challenging and his high energy motivates you to push beyond your limits and challenge yourself to beat your best EVERY time. The music is SO good… keeps you pumped up and keeps your feet pedaling. Check out the class… there are days and times to suit all needs. You won’t regret it!
