Zero stars!!! Worst communication, lack of professionalism and no concern about hitting dates they promise. Expect them to cancel on you a lot and never call you back. They love making excuses instead of owning that they provided poor service. I will be contacting the better business bureau as well. This is not a reputable business.

This place is an absolute joke. I was told that the initial service fee to come out and see our broken washer/dryer combo would be $ 50 and that we could use the $ 25 off coupon so it would only be $ 25 regardless if we decide to go with the repair or not. So the service technician came in and was more concerned that this truck would get a ticket because he was parked at a fire hydrant then help us out at all. He didn’t even open up the machine or do any sort of testing to see why our unit was not drying. He was very rushed and said that if we want any repair that we have to do it during the day, because parking is so bad in our area in the evening hours. Again, how is that our fault that parking is bad??? He was not even here 10 minutes, assumed what the problem was, said he would need to order all these parts and that it would cost almost $ 500 to fix. How am I supposed to trust this company if he didn’t perform any service diagnostic or any sort of test to this machine? Needless to say he said the only way we could use the coupon is if we agreed to get the work done, which was a big NO! in our book. This place is super shady. I tried to get some answers from the company but was just directed to leave a voicemail in the mailbox for the manager. Not only am I out 50 bucks, but i’m super disgusted with this place. DONOTUSETHESEGUYS! I should of read Unilocal first but did not. THEYWILLRIPYOUOFF! If i can save another person from getting ripped off like I was, this will be totally worth it. This place needs to go out of business!

So disappointed! I would not recommend Citi Appliances if you need something fixed in a hurry. My refrigerator is not working and my husband called a number of services, and Citi was the first one who was able to get a technician out to us(or so they said). I know getting a technician on a Sunday is tough, but we assumed that since they told us they would get out here no problem and their website touts«Fast same day repair service available 24 hours a day 365 days a year» that we’d get someone. Our original repair window was 2 – 4 p.m. At 4 p.m. my husband called to follow up and was told the dispatcher(right term? I can’t really think of something more applicable) had to call the tech and would call him back. 20 minutes later he gets a call back, and the tech is running two hours behind. When my husband asked why he wasn’t notified that things were so far behind until he called, the dispatcher told him that she doesn’t know the techs’ schedules unless she calls them. So this puts our window at between 4 and 6 p.m. At 6 p.m. my husband calls again, and the dispatcher says that the tech is running behind, so he won’t to our house AT6, he’ll be there a little after. When my husband asks for more information, she again tells him he’ll call her back after she calls the tech. The phone rings a few minutes later and the dispatcher tells him that the tech will be at our house«around 8 p.m.» This is, of course, 4 hours after the end of our original window and we’ve killed our Sunday waiting for someone to show up. At this point we told the dispatcher to tell the tech to forget it and called another service, who we’d turned down after we’d made the original appointment with Citi Appliances this morning. Hopefully tomorrow I’ll be able to write a positive review of another service, and will have a working refrigerator!

We used Affordable Services Club to fix our oven and dryer. Pluses were that the same person could fix both and they service charge in the event the opinion was you need a new oven and/or dryer was $ 35 with Unilocal deal. The technician was on time for the initial visit but then it was really frustrating after that. The technician was late, then couldn’t find parking and had to reschedule. On our rescheduled date he was 2 hours late as well. He did seemingly fix our dryer and the oven is working, but the time it took was less than satisfactory.
