Ciccio’s Pizzeria

The food is very good and the service is great. We asked for a dish on the menu to be altered and they did it with no problem and the result was excellent. Ciccio’s Pizzeria has excellent Italian food. We loved our food, service and how fast it was delivered.
Next time we are going to try the pizza. We had the fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken and the seafood Risotto. My other half doesn’t like Risotto so they substituted it with Linguine and she loved it. FYI, she’s 100% Italian.

short and sweet. i am a big fan of the playroom lounge and we love the food there. finally i took, off the front host stand a ciccios menu since the servers there have been telling me how good the pizza & pasta dishes are. well if you like crispy thin crust pizza and flavorful pastas (josephine) try this place. they must have gotten the shit together because it was quick and hot

I love Coluta’s on Harlem, but my family wanted to try something new. We have tried Ciccio’s before and their pizza was good. We decided to try again on Sunday. What a mistake, we ordered a family meal, was told 45 minutes. An hour later the driver arrived (I live 11 blocks away) with no change, who has no change and then gives me an attitude because I wont give him an 10 dollar tip due to no change. Continues to give me an attitude for taking money out of his own wallet to give me change. After I called to notify about the driver, I have to call again, my food was cold. Pizza and pasta was both cold. When I call to complain yet again, I am told tomorrow Ralph will call you. Three days later no call, so I call. The gentlemen on the phone told me that I can get a 5 dollar credit, and next time I cannot upgrade the pizza on my family dinner selection, that’s just how it comes he says. Considering my experience was not a pleasant one and I will not be using the little $ 5.00 credit that doesn’t even buy an appetizer. I will not be returning to this place. Bad service, drivers with attitudes and no change and cold food.
