Christmas Sweater Depot

Absolutely do not order anything on line from this company! I ordered a sweater for a christmas party a week ago. I now live out of state and was happy to give business to a place in Chicago. I ordered a sweater and was charged immediately and received and email regarding my order stating I would receive another email when it shipped. 2 days later I had not received an email that it had shipped. I called the 800 number on the emailed receipt and left a message… no reponse. I called back the next day to the local number and a man answered. I asked if he could check the status of an order and he said «uh sure can you hold for a moment?» He then proceeded to hang up on me and never reanswered the phone when I called back. I left another message and emailed them twice… I can not stress enough… DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ON LINE. They take your money and never send the sweater. I wish I would have done my due diligence and looked at reviews. Their facebook page is filled with the same stories. I am now looking for a replacement sweater for our party. I have contacted my bank and started the process to get my money back and I am filing a complaint with the BBB amongst others. I just dont want to see anyone else spend hard earned money on a shady company.

Ordered a t-​shirt on December 18^th with 2 – 4 day shipping. Hoped to get by Christmas but certainly I should have it by now. So I call their customer service — their phone «mailbox is full». Then I e-​mail them. Returned Mailer-​Daemon — unable to deliver. Hmmm… Next call was to my bank to have my credit card credited back. Can’t figure out what the heck happened. They seem to be a reputable business — great website, charged my account right away, sent me an email saying it’s on its way. Very disappointed.

I needed a last minute ugly sweater and didn’t want to go to a bunch of thrift stores to find one. Customer service is excellent, and there are plenty of ugly Christmas sweaters to choose from! Pay to park right in front of the store. Glad I stopped in!

Christmas Sweater Depot has a great selection of sweaters and tshirts! They have something for everyone. Looking for something over the top? This is the place for you. Their sweaters have all the bells (literally) and whistles you’re looking for! Some of my faves included the Breaking Bad and Star Wars themed shirts. This is the place to go if you want a unique sweater for your Christmas parties!

I just randomly stumbled into the store the other day walking home. What a great selection of merchandise! Tons of really ugly sweaters plus some unique designs that the owner told me he brainstorms all year about. If you want to win an ugly sweater contest and show up your friends this the place!

Ok this place is simply the real deal. Much easier than trying to find a needle a haystack elsewhere.

So, I needed an ugly Christmas sweater this year and I didn’t want to rummage through a thrift shop. I found this place and it had everything I was looking for! Huge selection of sweaters for both me and my woman. The customer service was great.
