Service here is so great and food is fresh. I showed up for a late dinner tonite and the staff were extra kind… making my day!

Must be the Rasta music at this location putting everyone on island time. Not quite sure how one cashier could be so oblivious. This place needs a team building exercise in a major way bc there is zero communication between employees. Hint: if the customer tells you they’ll be placing an order for a margarita at the beginning of the line – tell the appropriate person behind you to come get it ready by check out. Also, please refrain from charging patrons for the guests behind them. My $ 10 meal quickly doubled when I became subject to purchasing a stranger’s burrito on the card you held hostage during the wait for my long forgotten quesadilla in the rear griddle. #burnt

This chipolte is still the absolute worst. today none of the employees could figure out how to make rice, so there was no rice. No announcement of this to the 20 people in line, so after standing in line for 30 minutes you were informed they could not make rice.

It’s a Chipotle. Not much to complain about here. Sometimes it’s a bit busy, but I’ve been there several times and they have always handled it well. Layout is pretty cool, if you’re into that sort of thing for your Unilocal inquiries.

I’m generally a fan of Chipotle, so I was excited to see this location open near my workplace. I think I’ll continue to go to the location by Sheridan/Loyola, instead, though. First of all, the line moved incredibly slowly. Most Chipotles are a finely-tuned assembly line of deliciousness. This was… not. Then, they were out of Fajita veggies. When I finally got to eat my burrito, the tortilla tasted somehow stale, and the ingredients were only lukewarm. Also, I found it funny that someone had left a blank«Interview Checklist» form siting in plain sight. One section asked the manager to check off a list of positive characteristics that the applicant might have, including«infectious enthusiasm». I can tell you that there was no «infectious enthusiasm» in that restaurant. I’m giving them two stars instead of one only because it’s hard to screw up a burrito so it’s actively bad, rather than just«meh».

I decided to stop into this Chipotle today for lunch. The line is always out the door and easily 20−25mins before you can sit down to eat. Today the line was short and seemed to be moving a little quicker. Even better news, there was more than 1 person working line. Usually there is 1 person working the line and anywhere from 5 to 7 people… kinda doing nothing. Just as I was ordering my burrito bowl, the guy working the end of the line sneezed into his arm(not really in his elbow but not in his hand either). He continued serving food. I noticed the grilled vegetable being served were burned and covered in burned grease from the grill. Also, I’ve seemed blackened chicken before but this was not the case. The chicken was also covered burned grease from the grill. I asked the girl if she had fresh vegetables. She turned around and placed blackened vegetables on my bowl. The quality of the food is poor at this location. Service is super slow. Overall the restaurant is dirty!

They forgot my salad dressing. Chips were stale. Not trilled. Quite disappointed…

I’ve been to this location a few times. The general manager is the hardest working person at this Chipotle and will go out his way to make sure you have a good experience. No complaints here!

The food is inline with what you expect from the brand. The staff for the most part exceeded my expectations.

I was really excited that a chipotle is finally close to where I live but a little disappointed. They seem to be out of something every time I go in there. I went in this time and they ran out of white rice with none in the building to even cook. I took the brown rice anyway but the taste is off compared to other chipotle. I will give it 3rd try and that will be it for me. The staff is friendly. They just need to clean as they go… it was dirty and sloppy on the counter where they were adding the condiments. I almost lost my appetite.

I read the less than enthusiastic reviews written previously so I went with low expectations. My experience was absolutely great, staff was friendly, competent and efficient. It seems management noted the initial negative reviews and implemented changes for the good. Very happy this is finally here!

My husband and I went into this Chipotle after we were moving all day and were starving. We got there just as the doors were closing at ten, but the manager waved us in anyway. We’ve both worked in the industry and know how hard it can be when people stroll in at the last minute, but the workers were super nice and were not bothered at all! They hooked us up big time with our burrito bowls, the worker could hardly close the lid on my husbands bowl which was overflowing with barbacoa and sour cream. We will definitely be going back there! The friendly staff make that place:) also that guy Joe M’s Review is Ridiculous… i did not see any woman with a crown so i don’t know what«queen» he is talking about… but seriously that guy should learn how to type and be more open, especially in Andersonville.

I agree that I would give them a bit before trying. I went in for lunch today and they were out of black beans and rice — had to step out of line to wait(after waiting in line that was out the door)… Overall, it seems a little chaotic. I’m hoping that they can pull it together because this is a great location and we’ve been looking forward to it for a while! The quality of food is good and meets Chipotle standards and I thought the line workers were very nice, helpful, and apologetic(which was out of their control). I would ignore Joe M’s comment re: the queen — it sounds like he’s just being hateful and homophobic.

Nice Chipotle, good location close to the red line(Berwyn). Kind of small inside. Went on 4÷3÷15. I’d give them a bit before you try. Seems like they’re still learning the ropes. They were out of everything when I went there and told me it would be twenty minutes for fajita vegetables.
