Tried to order dinner tonight online but I had no luck with your site. Thanks for saving me money.

Average. That’s pretty much how I feel about their grub. They have a thicker thin crust pizza than most, which isn’t my favorite but it’s a great pizza. Generous toppings and a lot of flavor. I still need to give their stuffed pizza a shot. Surprisingly awesome burgers and overall well-priced. Their delivery is really fast and friendly, and I love that you can order at 3am if you’re a crazy night owl like me.

Had a slice of stuffed pepperoni. It was hot and fresh. A little too much sauce for my taste but a good slice of pizza overall. They have a full sit down dining section plus a small counter in the front for those who are on the run. Condiments and water are self serve at the front counter. Two lovely and very pleasant young ladies provided excellent service with a smile.

Like Sara says, the lady that answers the phone, Andrea, is really shady. Coupon expired yesterday? No pizza for you. Toppings too confusing for her? No pizza for you. Don’t like my accent? No pizza for you. Had a bad day? No pizza for you. This place is very hit or miss. Sometimes its the worst pizza you’ve ever had, sometimes not. It all depends on how the people there feel about your tone when you order. Awful awful customer service. I hope this place goes out of business and a new true chicago pizzeria buys the spot. Avoid at all cost. Ashamed this place has Chicago’s name on it. It is NOT Chicago’s pizza, that’s for sure. Cheers Andrea, you are the worst.

Really shady online ordering system. Ordered an item that was supposed to be a combo-no option for my side item so I wrote it in the comments along with a request for extra sauce. They charged me $ 2 for extra sauce but didn’t give me my side and then when I called to complain was informed I didn’t get one. Here’s the thing. You charge me for one thing I write in the comments but not another thing I write. Your burger gave me no option other than a combo(first attempt at ordering) and then your sandwich had only the single option and yet the menu clearly stated combo. Why wouldn’t you call to clarify since clearly your system was messing up? Ended up with a $ 10 sandwich. Called to complain and was told I selected the single sandwich and then charged for only one thing I entered into the comments. Gave up. Ate a sandwich that was good but not worth $ 10. Given the appalling online system and customer service I won’t order again and will advise everyone else against it.

I went there yesterday with my sons. Son number one got stuffed sausage which was fresh with white melty cheese and looked good. Son #2 and I got stuffed spinach and instead of giving us slices from a fresh pizza, we got ones that were not very warm and the white cheese had yellowed from sitting around for so long. Blah, it was not good as it usually is and I am probably not going back there for a while.

Chicago’s is listed as being very gluten free friendly as well as having one of the best alternative pizzas, so I went taste test crazy. First off, very friendly menu, very friendly phone order taker-er and very quick delivery. Gf thin crust supreme: good toppings, good sauce, crispy bottom but mushy top half of crust :/Will try extra thin crust next time, maybe it cooks and holds up better? Build your own burger on gf focaccia: ordered med, came well done, bread broke down about a half of the way through eating time but not a bad option. Nutella cake: $$$, dry Side salad: confirmed with phone lady that dressing was gf(i hope that means they make their own, otherwise it probably isn’t gf) but I didn’t bother eating this not because I was full on junk food but because it came loaded with croutons & yes I said I needed everything in the order to be gf. If this was a pre made salad and could not be made wo the croutons, I wish they would have just said so. Oh well. :(

Very friendly, clean, nice atmosphere, well decorated. Great sauce, excellent crust, many gluten free options. They give you gf bread to start. The chance to have gf deep dish stuffed pizza in Chicago was such a treat. I would ask for less cheese next time though. And the sizes are crazy big!

Four years of living in the neighborhood it took me to try Chicago’s Pizza, and I’m sorry for it. After a couple of disappointing experiences with some of our usual favorites, we were looking for other options, and now I understand that Chicago’s should have been in the rotation all along. No particular element stands out; it’s just an all-around very solid deep-dish pie. I imagine that here on Montrose they compete directly with the nearby Giordano’s, but there is room for all. Chicago’s deep dish reminds me more of Malnati’s, with a yellowish, denser crust and a chunky tomato sauce. My only specific criticism of Chciago’s is that the sauce is a bit bland. Otherwise, this is a reliably good pie. Surprisingly, they also sell stuffed style, which they do quite differently from their deep dish. It is dense, both in flavor and composition. I really like their stuffed pizza too. Two for two. How about thin crust? Sold by the slice, this variety is skippable. Not only is there too much cheese, they don’t do this stuff any favors by letting it sit in a warming display case for who knows how many hours. I prefer a slice shop that lets the goods sit at room temperature, then reheats them in the oven for a couple of minutes. Maybe the fresh whole pies are better, but would still have too much cheese. And on top of all that, they even sell calzones.(Basically every format of cheese, sauce, and crust is covered here.) The calzone is okay, but I probably wouldn’t get it again. Three specific criticisms: 1.) all of the pepperoni was clumped together into one quadrant; that may have been a one-time mistake, but also 2.) there was too much cheese and 3.) not enough sauce, plus they don’t provide a little cup of side sauce. So if they reduced the cheese by 25% and increased the sauce by the same proportion, this would be a really solid calzone. So anyway, skip the thin crust and calzones, and eat deep-dish or stuffed instead. Both are delicious. Chicago’s Pizza is really a 3.5, but I’m going to round up for being such a pleasant belated surprise entry into our Sunday night pizza routine.

Terrible at some foods, excellent in others. Delivery has always been 40 minutes or less, via GrubHub, with special instructions followed very specifically. DONOTGET: –anything with meatballs. Like seriously. Worst things ever. –bruschetta is just passable. –I think their pizza is «meh» but my parents like it –salads can be hit or miss GET –turkey burger with cheese. Even when you add stuff, it’s cheaper than the«make your own turkey burger» thing where it costs $ 15. –pasta. They do it well. –YESFOREXCELLENTSALADS –ok, salads are hit or miss, as stated above, but when they hit, they knock you unconscious.

Ever since discovering that I’m gluten intolerant, there are certain foods I really really miss! While I rarely ate deep dish pizza when I easily could, now that I can’t of course I want some. This place did such an amazing job with their gluten-free crust that a blind taste test couldn’t have possibly told the difference!

I order the pizza and wings regularly from this location and the food and service has always been excellent(mango-tequila wings are my fav). They make a solid chicago thin crust pizza and I find the quality to be very consistent. If you are picking up you can generally get your order in 20 minutes.

They used to be my regular late-night spot back in the day. Recently, I rediscovered it and was surprised that the food was pretty good even sober. Tonight, we ordered and the crust of the pizza was burnt and the cheese was tasteless. Our cheesy garlic bread arrived without any cheese and the dipping sauce was cold. Boo! Back to being reserved for strictly drunk food.

Came here for the GF pizza since the high marks. So we had the Chicago Supreme w pepperoni mushrooms and green peppers thin crust. It was excellent. Also had the iceberg wedge with blue cheese. The portion size was huge. Really good. Grandsons has same but with Sausage which was my favorite. Definitely would return.

Place is has decent food, different choices and when you order online with certain amount you spend you can get a liter of soda and etc… sounds legit. I took the chance of ordering from them while I was at work, which the hours of being able to order is great, I ordered turkey burger, soup with bread, a greek yogurt parfait and four drinks including the free liter. Upon recieving my food, no napkins no plastic silverware. So I called the place and explain to a lady that I didnt recieve either. She advised me you have to request it. I explained that i did not know that and I’m at work so I dont have anything plastic silverware. She looked at what i order and told me that she will send a driver but future wise you have to ask for those items … I was completely taken back, nothing on the menu states you have to request napkins and sliverware. unheard of. CONCLUSION: late night option, decent food. I might order again now that I have the knowledge of Requesting plastic sliverware and napkins!

There are limited options for late night pizza by the slice around here so we tried this place after catching a show at the Riviera Theater Friday night. The place is open until 3am according to the store sign, but will take orders until 5am according to the pizza box. Hubby had a slice of the sausage and I had a slice of the pepperoni. It tasted like the frozen pizza I used to eat in elementary school, with the exception that it was not square. There were a few bar stools to eat within the carry-out area. The water dispenser was pretty much out. Does the job of satisfying the hunger pains after a night out, which usually makes the quality of the food forgiveable, if not forgettable.

Let’s say you’re a little hammered and you only want one slice of pizza instead of the whole pie. Let’s say you only have $ 5 in your wallet. Then congratulations, you can get a perfectly serviceable slice(thin crust or «stuffed») from Chicago’s and it will make you feel like a real person again.

I love having lunch or dinner on the patio at Chicago’s pizza. They’re one of the most affordable pizza joints in town that doesn’t sacrifice on the quality. I’ve never tried their deep dish or stuffed because I just love the gourmet pizzas and thin crust so much. One of my favorite gourmet pizzas is the grilled chicken. It comes with grilled eggplant, roasted red pepper, smoked gouda and – of course – grilled chicken. Their wings are also pretty good and quite spicy. I love their salads. Every time I go I try to order a different salad. My favorites are the antipasto and the Aegean. My husband and I usually end up ordering too much and taking half of it home. That’s fine though because it makes a great lunch the next day or back from the bar snack the same night. The pitchers of beer are also affordable. This is the perfect summer pizza spot in Chicago!
