Today Frank came out to take pictures and video to check our sewer lines. We could not have asked for a better experience. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He took a lot of time going through all of the photos with us and reviewing the video. We even got a flash drive including the video to refer to in the future. Frank was able to offer suggestions and give advice about certain areas that needed to be addressed as well. I feel his price was fair and he took great pride in making sure the job was done right! I have hired Frank do to a variety of small to medium size jobs over the past couple of years. He is honest, hard working, and charges a fair rate. Recently he saved the day with an urgent friday night call to fix a burst pipe. He quickly honed in on the problem, asked for permission before busting through the drywall /​tile, fixed the issue, and then did a good job cleaning up afterwards.
