I’m writing this to recommend Leo from Caldero Construction and Development. He has helped me with various projects including replacing my roof, painting my home, power washing my deck and outside siding, and doing a complete remodeling of my kitchen. My home is over 100 years old and he’s always been careful to work within those constraints. Leo and I work together to come up with a firm completed by date and he always completes the whole project with days/​weeks to spare. He’s a very honest guy who is also down to earth and easy to work with.

My husband and I hired Caldero Construction & Development to convert our Pilsen two-​unit into a Single family residence. We had obtained lesser quotes from other companies, but Caldero was highly recommended by a trusted family friend whose home we LOVE. We had a set budget and limited time, as I was only about eight weeks from my pregnancy due date. From start to finish the experience was amazing! The crew were professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Our budget was never exceeded, and the project was completed three days before expected. Caldero even had a professional cleaning crew come in and detail the property before final presentation. Phenomenal! We now love our home too!
