They were okay.
The accommodations were pretty good, the apartment was spacious, and creature infestations were kept to a minimum (although there were some roaches, but it wasn’t that bad — I’ve heard of way worse in other companies).
Their responses to problems in the apartment were not super quick, but not that bad either.
The thing that was really irritating is that they would come in unannounced to paint (without asking us if we wanted to or what times would be convenient), to show the apartment to other people (again never telling us in advance), and the like.
They also came in to ask for rent, but that was understandable since we often paid late.
Overall, fairly decent experience, and I would recommend them but with reservation.
