After sightseeing, we were looking for a spot for brunch before heading out of the city. Tried Wildberry: 1.5 hour wait. Tried Eggy’s(about 2 doors away from this place): waited at the door for abotu 10 minutes behind a few other parties, all waiting to get their name in, then a server came by and said he had no idea what was going on. Uhh okay we give up, time for coffee and a muffin. So glad we decided to do that! The coffee prices were crazy reasonable. I paid well under $ 3 for a large iced coffee, my boyfriend’s iced latte was about $ 3, and we shared a huge muffin for $ 1.75. The coffee was quite good and the muffin was pretty standard but huge for the price. We ate at the outdoor little seating area(about 3 tables and a couch) and it was great. I didn’t take much notice of the art, honestly, but it’s nice that their coffee shop prices were not jacked up because they are a «gallery». Nice atmosphere though! I definitely recommend as a light alternative to brunch or your regular chain coffee shop.

Over-hyped. Grand Opening without the Coffee and the Art, except for the prominent regular pieces. Gallery is still under construction. Lots of Corona Beer and Victoria with itsy bitsy tacos with liquid(not kidding, no chunks at all) guacamole. Wall art is definitely made by artists. Coffee and Tea mixtures are definitely made by whipped cream. Mega calories. Ordinary coffee and tea menu like the usual chains, e.g. Caribou, Starbucks. Coffee House small bites are ordinary too. Due to neighborhood, the only artists I expect to see are collagen lips, botox and fillers. Wannabes. Copy Cats. Middle aged. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. Small venue. Just like a NYC gallery party in Little Italy, everybody is outside. Cleanliness could be an issue.
