I don’t know why this location has so few stars. I go at 630 AM and the staff are so friendly and welcoming — it’s a great start to the day! It’s a smaller shop, so the selection isn’t large, but they have all the staples. (and it’s never crowded when I’m there because it’s in the lower level of a building and not visible from the street.)

Worst Dunkin I have ever been too, ever.
Severely understaffed and disorganized, no idea what they were doing, but it was not providing good service or food/​drink.
Extreme wait to order. Out of croissants, limited donut selection, language barrier with staff who were inattentive. Food I did get was incredibly greasy and did not settle well.
Sandwich maker very unfriendly to borderline rude.

It’s DD. Good coffee. Great Chocolate Honey Glazed donuts. Sub-​par breakfast sandwiches and hash brown tots. Semi-​convenient to the Riot Hyatt, but you can’t see it from the street. It’s in the basement of the building 2 buildings down.

A small DD on the lower level of an office building.
No real surprises here. The donut selection was OK, service was efficient, and the coffee tasted fine. Beans and K-​cups for sale, too.
No tables actually in the DD, but there’s a seating area with tables not too far away.
Convenient if you’re in the area (e.g. staying at the Hyatt, as I was) and looking for your morning coffee and/​or donut fix.

This store is right downstairs my office. The crew changes every now and then but after a couple of times going there they know what you are gonna order, nice!
