Yeah so I went to Navy Pier and was SO excited to get some B&J’s and we had to wait in a thirty minutes line for one ice cream cone and when we get up to the counter the girl taking my order was EXTREMELY rude and made fun of the clothing I was dressed in and then when I went to order my chocolate covered cone with sprinkles (that was on display) they said that it was a sample and that they don’t have any made! So why display the option when you don’t have it? Then basically shoved the ice cream in my hand. Never again.

Great ice cream! Great service! A cashier named Erica helped me. She was very friendly and added whipped cream and Carmel drizzle on my 3 scooper just to add to my excitement that they had my favorite flavor butter pecan! Thanks SO much Erica! My ice cream was amazing!!! I will certainly be back!
