BCBG Max Azria

I would highly recommend seeing James Townsend at this BCBG. He went above and beyond. Helping me find a dress for a special event, offering champagne to my friends and family as they wait. Who doesn’t love that! He suggested many items, understood my budget and even gave me a birthday discount! (even though it wasn’t my birthday!) He really has a great eye and understands fashion and was very friendly and fun to work with. I would definitely go back here and see him for my shopping needs. GREAT experience.

I LOVE BCBG Max Azria, so this review is just for this particular store.
My favorite articles of clothing everrrr are the BCBG leggings. I practically live in these things during fall/​winter. For the past couple of years, I have purchased a few pair and they have held up very well.
I receive the BCBG emails and I saw another pair of leggings I wanted. I went to this store and no one would speak to me. I was on the first floor, tried to make eye contact with the girl down there for help. Nothing. So I went up to the 2^nd floor, there were several salespeople but no one spoke to me. Finally, I told a girl what I waned and she called someone to get them for me. The guy who brought them was a doll, but this store had already lost me.
I tried on the leggings, LOVED them, but decided to go purchase them elsewhere because of the horrible customer service (minus the sweet guy). I went over to Water Tower and purchased them there where the girl acknowledged me right away and was super friendly and helpful.
