the latest incident, Yesterday on 11−04−15, I tried to return an item i purchased off line only 1 ½ weeks ago and because they didn’t have the item in store, employee Raven refused to accept it and then argued me up and down that i brought it on clearance which i did not on Oct.17, 2015 on-​line. and Raven told me I had to send it back to Ashley Stewart on-​line. Really? I have been in this store previously, where I have witnessed the employees rudeness. This store has the rudest employees out of all the stores I have been to in Chicago area. I live a few blocks from this location and I would rather travel miles away for better customer service than spend my money were all of the employees are rude.

The C. S at this store is great. I can always find a nice out fit for any Occasions. The size are right to fit. For my juicy self. Spring is on the way someday soon so check out the new colors for this year. One of the things that I really like about this store is that if you need help with anything the ladies and 1 gent. Are more then happy to help.

I had to make a return to A. S because the outfit I bought for my friend was too big. They exchanged it with no problem however, I didn’t think the service was all that. I asked for help on some jeans and one of the ladies made a huffing sound under her breath like I was bothering her. Not Cool at all! The store seemed clean. I don’t think I will be going back to A. S anytime soon

I was in there the other day scoping out the sales and found some great deals. Unfortunately someone tried to steal the shirt I wanted so it had a big hole where the tag was., DOH!
Excellent service. manager is awesome and he is a MAN. He has been there for some time now and he has adapted to being around all the curvy girls.
This store is always clean, friendly and well stocked with the latest items
