Chicago Scrubs

Staff was very friendly and helped fit my white coat perfectly. All their white coats are Lando brand and reasonably priced. Their embroidery was very well done and I got it back in less than 5 days. I would definitely go back again.

I walked in looking for scrubs for Halloween and wasn’t expecting much customer service. I was immediately greeted by one guy working the floor and thought I would just brush it off since I wasn’t a real healthcare worker and just look on my own. He came up and asked if I was looking for myself to which I said yes and he said «Well, why don’t you come over to this side of the store, you’re looking at women’s scrubs» I thought I was going to die laughing.
I told him I was looking for some scrubs for Halloween and he walked me over to the section that I needed (the cheap stuff) and helped me get my size and everything. Very nice guy, not trying to push any product or anything on me and I walked out with exactly what I needed. Highly recommended

I needed to find some maroon/​wine colored scrubs for a 235 lbs male in a short period of time. I did not know this would be as difficult as it was to located and my deadline was Monday. I went to the local resource suggested through my hospital of employment, only to find a severe let down in terms of availability and overall customer service. The gentleman from that location, I believe to have been the owner, stated that he would call me back by 10:00 am with some answers pertaining to their other locations availability for the items I was seeking information on but he never did. Thankfully he never did because I am glad to have given my business to Chicago Scrubs. (He did eventually contact me about 5 hours later stating that they could not locate the items I needed, I told them thank you and that I already purchased the items through another resource.)
After contacting several other locations, without having any success I eventually reached out to Chicago Scrubs seeing if they had what I needed, Will was the individual helping me and he was able to confirm that they actually did have 3 sets available in the size/​color I needed. He was very helpful and assisting me with placing these items on hold so that I could drive downtown tomorrow and pick these up since I was coming from the western suburbs. He relayed to me all of the necessary information in which I needed for tomorrows pick up so that everything would flow smoothly as expected. In my eye’s, he went above and beyond the normal call for customer service and for that he should be recognized in appreciation for his excellent skill set.
I ended up having some afternoon flexibility between work so I contacted Will to let him know I would be by his location within the hour. When I arrive, he greeted me with the same professionalism I received from him over the phone. He had everything prepared and ready for me once I arrived. Bottom line, Will is an outstanding professional at what he does and Chicago Scrubs is lucky to have him as an employee. Due to the absolute amazing experience I was presented with today from Chicago Scrubs, on Will’s behalf, Chicago Scrubs has just earned themselves a customer for life. I will happily spread the word about my experience to everyone I come in contact with that is looking for the same results I received today. Keep up the good work Will, and thank you Chicago Scrubs for all your help today, and in the future as well!!! You save me the anxieties of Monday if I was not able to locate the items I needed and for that I am forever grateful!!!

Friendly and professional staff! Called to check if they had specific scrubs in my size, they were nice enough to hold a pair for same day pick up. I will definitely shop here again!

It’s really hard to write a good review when you get to the store 15 minutes before opening. Only to wait another 15, and no one ever showed up to open the store. What’s the point of store hours if you don’t adhere to them. Smh

Great personalized service. Smaller store than previous but has good amount of selection. Store manager was very helpful in choosing sizes and colors. Will definitely return. Would recommend more brands and brighter colors.

This is a small location, but don’t be fooled! David can find anything quickly/​easily and he is super friendly/​kind! Even for «larger, curvy» girls there are a variety of sizes. Great loyalty (bring back your reusable tote bag for a discount!)/ quantity discounts and even a sales/​clearance rack in this new (3 mos. old) store! I’ll be back for sure.

This store was great! The manager was really nice, funny and helpful. They also have a great selection of scrubs, including my favorite, Greys Anatomy scrubs. If you need scrubs I would highly recommend going to Chicago Scrubs to buy them!

Went to this new location today! Same great selection as before. There was a nice guy that helped me find what I was looking for (navy blue scrubs). I was hoping they had IguanaMed or Grey’s Anatomy and they did! I purchased IguanaMed from them back when they were open — was excited to see they had some of the same brands they carried before (Cherokee, Landau, Koi, random fun printed tops). The new store is in a Jewel shopping center — it was easy to find, plenty of parking. It’s not at all like the warehouse before — but still better then a normal scrub store. I purchased both Grey’s Anatomy and IguanaMed navy scrubs today and then went to the new Costco! Win.
