My usual lash technician couldn’t accommodate my new schedule so I had my lashes done by Amber yesterday and she did a wonderful job! I requested the thinner lashes which made them look so natural but she still added a lot of volume so they looked full. I would def recommend Amber to anyone and I’m excited for my next refill!

Can I give negative stars??? Wish I could. So I contacted Amber again to redo my lashes as I have a wedding and a trip coming up. She seem’s to prefer text so I texted my preferred date & time. She replied in the affirmative and even reiterated the date and time and she was definitely gonna be there no oops this time.
~ In hind site, she made the excuse last time that she didn’t have the date down. Ummm if I have it on text, shouldn’t you???
Soooooooo Monday morning 11am I am there. Amber is not. You would think that having been super late before she would have made some sort of effort to show up early if not on time.
I texted, I called no answer. I’m not her Mom so am I crazy in thinking that it is not my responsibility to remind her that she has an appt.
I finally called 1 last time at 11:30am and still no answer. If you can’t make an appt it sure would have be nice to have been told before I wasted my time on a Monday which is crazy busy for me… you might treat your clients like dirt… I don’t.
I would not have left this review but it has been over 24hrs and I still have not heard back from her and don’t expect to. If she would have called to cancel or even to apologize but she didn’t even bother.
I texted Nanda & she was booked. I contacted Maddie over at
and she was able to squeeze me in. She did a better job in my opinion. Maybe cause she wasn’t rushed because she was there waiting for me for a 10am appt.

Love Amber! Have seen her for years now, for eyelash extensions. She does an amazing job. We have done colored lashes, long, subtle, (the works) and they are always perfect. If you’re looking for someone you can trust to do a great job, without damaging your lashes at all, Amber is your gal!
