A family member ordered me an arrangement after I had surgery. When the flowers arrived they were 14 mismatched tulips plunked in a plain vase. My family was mortified to learn the quality, especially since they paid $ 60! If you order from this florist do not do so without seeing the flowers first! When we called to resolve the matter, thinking perhaps they had mixed up the order, they were rude and unhelpful. With all the great florists in Chicago, your money is better spent elsewhere.
UPDATE: After reading my review, the Customer Service Rep, Esther, contacted me. She offered to make things right and send another arrangement, free of charge. It was much appreciated!
