If you want your phone repaired never ever take it to any Metro PC ever. I went to get it repaired and needed a new digitizer I spent 180 dollars. It looked fine at first within 2 days I notice the touch screen is not working so well. Didn’t think much of it. Two more days later a corner of the screen comes out. Apparently, it was not glued in together right. I would not have noticed if a piece of string wasn’t caught in it. So now half my screen is not working. I touch the corner and see it is coming out. The screen cracks and now I am back at the problem for why I paid to have it fixed. I take it back and they send me to where the technician is. Which is a shady place on Irving park and Kedzie which is a food mart that sells phones. They say they do not want to cover the warranty because they will not make money off it. He says I should not have touched where it was coming off. I told him it should not be coming off in the first place. I tell him how the digitizer was not working the moment it became unglued from the corner. He says it does not work that way. He has fixed a lot of phones and that never happens. Apparently he is so experienced he can not even properly glue a screen back together. So now they refuse to fix the problem or give me my money back for not properly repairing the item which is what I paid for.
