The tech that Air-​Rite sent out to our condo, Raymond, was very professional but also very honest. He did everything he could to get us the best possible deal and make things very convenience for us.
We moved into a unit with poorly functioning AC, and he was quick to diagnose the issue and provide us with a long-​term plan.
I would definitely recommend both him and the company.

This is an awesome company. My husband and I have been customers for nearly 18 years. They’re always prompt, friendly and upfront with all costs. Raymond has been our go to guy on the repair side for the last several years and he’s a true professional who’s performed several miracles along the way! A++++

Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with the new furnace and AC they installed last Fall. I haven’t had a chance to test the AC, but one of my biggest concerns was the noise since it is on the rooftop of my townhouse. They stated they put extra «cushion» down to help with vibrations under the unit. The Lennox furnace works wonderful. There is a slight rattling noise now that is annoying and I can’t figure out where it is coming from but not a big enough deal to take a day off work for them to come out and look at it.
The reason for not giving 5 stars is the lack of customer follow-​up after the install. They never checked to see how things went (since the guy who sold it wasn’t part of the install process). Another reason is I contacted them in regards to a model number I needed for a rebate submission through Peoples Energy and they won’t respond after multiple times I’ve tried contacting the sales guy.
