Professional service but expensive. Quoted $ 25 service charge plus eat $ 40 labor. Eat 30 – 45 min arrival. Technician call and asked if needed done right away. I said yes and he showed up in 30 minutes. This was 10:30 am on a Monday workday. When the tech showed up he said it was $ 150 because it was an emergency. It was a 15 min job. It was professionally done with no damage to the bedroom door that needed unlocked.
