Mr girlfriend and I found this place on GrubHub and decided to try it because we didn’t feel like going out and it was fairly close to us, close enough to deliver. The food was pretty good despite the long delivery time,(~90 minutes). I like the fact that you can order anything at any time of the day,(breakfast at night time)! Besides the food, the customer service was less than exceptional. We called before we ordered to make sure that, a) they deliver breakfast food at 9pm, and b) that they would deliver to my house. The woman on the phone was very short with us and treated us like we should know all about their business. The second time I tried to order, also from GrubHub, it was about 8:45 pm and they closed at 9:30 pm. I placed my order and it estimated a 9:50 delivery time. Around 9:30 I get a call from a GrubHub representative saying that they have been trying to call Michelle’s for the last 25 minutes and no answer. So they refunded me and apologized. Not that it was GrubHub’s fault by any means. But don’t put your store hours are until 9:30 if you’re going to stop taking orders and answering the phone an hour prior to that… Anyway I’m not going to let an experience like this last one change my opinion, I’ll give it another chance another day… long before they close that is…

Tried this place twice. First time they messed up our pizza order so they made two. Their pizza sauce is a bit odd and wasn’t that appealing. They have forgotten items in both visits(so make sure you’re leaving with what you ordered). Pretty sure I am not going in there again — you have a chance to redeem yourself the second time but failed.

Was in the area and in the mood for a skillet, as I was picking up some more maple bacon long johns next door. The Michelle Skillet is lacking cheese but is huge. I went for poached eggs and they were cooked perfect. Surprised it actually comes with three eggs and six ingredients for less than $ 8. Omelets are made with five eggs and I will try one next time. The Italian omelet sounds good with Italian sausage, mozzarella cheese and a side of sauce. Have them par bake a pizza for later too. They open at 7 am and offer table service. A second location is underway too.

Just tried this place the other night for the first time. I ordered 2 beef sandwiches with mozzarella cheese & hot peppers. Also got the buffalo shrimp basket. The first red flag was the missing beef sandwich from my order. Yep, they only sent 1. The shrimp tasted good but were a little lack luster. Very soft breading, a little on the skimpy size & they weren’t deveined(bleh!). The beef sandwich that DID manage to make it to my house was really big & also tasted good but the cheese & peppers were few and far between! All in all, I don’t think I’ll be a returning customer.

If I could give this establishment no stars, I would. I would rather eat dirt. The lemon pasta tasted only like garlic, it should be called garlic pasta. The fried zucchini was mush and bread crumbs. The mozzarella sticks were hard and lacked flavor. The fried shrimp was fried with its tail on, but that may not have been a problem if the flavors were good. it tasted like poorly made Tabasco sauce. I am not a picky eater, but this food was a huge disappointment. The side of mostaccioli was unseasoned, it was just boiled pasta topped with canned sauce, the sauce was overly seasoned with pre-made/store bought italian seasoning. Upon calling the restaurant the manager defended his food by saying hes had 4 successful restaurants in the past– I believe that if you HAD4 successful restaurants in the past you wouldn’t be on your 5th. He refused to issue a full refund which is disheartening to say the least because it is indicative of the fact that he obviously cares not about the customer satisfaction, rather he cares only about what a measly $ 30 would do to his bank account. Stay away from this restaurant, eat nothing at all if this is your only option.

I wish I had read the reviews on this place before ordering. My coworker and I decided to try a new place since we’ve been ordering from the same old places recently. Yeah, terrible idea. To begin with, I ordered the lemon chicken entrée. As soon as I opened the container, the most foul smell greeted me. Tried to get past that and eat it, and all I could taste was garlic. I had also ordered fried zucchini, mushrooms, and mozzarella sticks and frankly, I wish to God I hadn’t. The zucchini and mushrooms were over-boiled and then fried, which I am pretty sure many would know what the result of that would be. Mush. Might as well have ordered fried baby food. Apparently, the curmudgeon at this place claims he’s owned 4 restaurants and has been a chef for 20 years. If you’ve been cooking for at least a year, you know that shrimp isn’t supposed to be fried with the tail part, fried zucchini isn’t supposed to look and taste like mush, and lemon chicken pasta isn’t supposed to taste like garlic and smell like a dump on a hot summer’s day. He would also know that if the food isn’t up to par, you shouldn’t defend less than satisfactory food and try to pass off as your supplier’s fault. Look man, do yourself a favor and hire a real chef, or at the very least, cut up your own vegetables to fry, and treat your customers better. Do yourself a favor and stay the heck away from this place. Terrible food, terrible service, and terrible owners.

I ordered from here the other day thinking lets try something new, I wish I didn’t I ordered a calzone and meatball sandwich. The meatballs were mostly breading hardly any meat, the calzone was super salty and by that I mean I gave half of it to the dogs. I had a really bad headache and started getting really warm after I ate what I did of it, my mom felt the same way. She started feeling sick to her stomach and said she hasn’t felt that way in years. If your thinking about ordering here, I’d take a pass but who knows maybe it was a one time bad experience right? Buyers beware!!!
