I went in last week to get a bra. I had to get resized due to body changes. They had a good amount of stock & there were 2 people just waiting for customers. Since I went on my day off it was during the week. I asked them their return policy, got measured & she started to bring in bras for me. She said to try them on, pick my favorites, not to worry about putting the bras back on the hangers & continued to bring me additional options. The pricing may be similar to other stores but she knew her bras, knew how to measure, narrowed things down for me & I didn’t have to leave the dressing room. I really appreciated that. Bra shopping is not exactly fun. Trying on 6 bras that don’t fit and having to get redressed to look for more gets frustrating. This type of service is rather nice!

Prices here are exactly the same as Macy’s! Where’s the incentive to shop an «outlet» store if not to save money???

As I’ve previously mentioned in a review for Victoria’s Secret, I do not enjoy shopping for bras. Once upon a time, I shopped exclusively at VS, but their merchandise changed so much that I could no longer buy their product. By the time VS introduced their pink velvet crotchless sweat pants for tweens, I knew I was way out of my element. Enter the Wacoal Outlet Store. Yes! Finally! This is what VS used to be circa 1994, minus the pink carpet. Solid bras in an array of colors not generally found in a crayola box. Solid construction, nice variety, and because this is their outlet store, a decent discount off of what you’d pay at Macy’s or Nordstrom. The staff was all right, however I don’t go to an outlet store for the customer service. This store sells a wide variety of a well made product that flatters the wearer. I’ll definitely be back.
