I agree with Gretchen — the place is filthy. I saw one customer leave, and another placed in a chair with not even the bowl being rinsed let alone sanitized. This caused me to look into my water bath and I saw objects floating and a layer of scum around the bowl. In spite of my alcohol rub after I got home, my feet itched, too. Then a tech brought tools back in the back room area, took them off the tray, wiped the tray, and put the tools back, I am sure to use on another patron.
I cannot believe that people still go here, and that the Missouri Board of Cosmetology has not cited them… or perhaps they have!

I got so disgusted with this salon I will never go back! Not clean and their attitude is worse. I know several people who came here for wedding group mani-pedis, only to have a horrible experience. They take appointments, but then you end up waiting anyway. My last pedicure looked like a first grader painted outside the lines. And my feet itched afterward for 2 days. Makes me wonder what I was exposed to!
