Very nice people who waited on us. I love the Chi Tea Latte. They make the best ever. Yes it is a bad location and the drive through is really designed badly but i will give up a lot for a hot Chi Tea Latte. Not everyone can make it like Starbucks!

I go to this Starbucks 2X month when going to our Chiropractor who is in New Baltimore.
Drinks are consistently good. Service is good. I give 2 stars only because the parking lot is microscopic and a total disaster. I don’t know how it passed code? When you wait in drive thru, you block the only few parking spaces of parked cars from backing out! Also, if ever a fire, the fire trucks couldn’t pull up to the building. Again I can’t believe this passes city code.
Horrible, repeat horrible parking lot!

Worst location. Drive-​thru was designed by a blind person.
Batista’s mess up order more than they get it right.
The Madossa barista that’s gotta be around 60 takes rude to a whole new level. How they keep her is beyond me. Her clown make-​up is scary and doesn’t represent anything, but an image they’d hire from the circus.
Now, the elderly lady in the a.m. Is very sweet and goes the extra mile.
The male barista’s are always on point and polite as well as the younger girls.
This location is in the worst place. It’s crazy getting in & out. There’s like 4 parking spots. Good luck getting out if you do park.
Starbucks, this isn’t your usual quality store. It’s a tragic mess.
I’m NOT the only one in the community that feels this way. Needs to be relocated on the other side, perhaps before Speedway.

By far my favorite Starbucks location!
Staff is always really friendly and will make you exactly what you want no questions asked.
One employee always asks how my boyfriend and I are if she hasn’t seen us in awhile (we’re generally there at least once a week) Definitely makes us feel welcome and makes us want to return again.
When the bartista makes too much of your drink, instead of throwing it down the drain, they always pour it into a cup and give it to you as a bonus. Definitely glad to see a company not waste product.
Much better service than the Starbucks across the street!
