If you have been reading my reviews for awhile, you know my favorite hand crafted drink is actually Starbucks. This Starbucks is newer. It has a drive thru, a decent parking lot because it sits in a plaza and has plenty of space and seats inside with a lot of plug outlets. One of my favorite winter drinks is the hazelnut hot chocolate(get it! It’s delicious!) The last few times when I ordered a tall it wasn’t filled all the way and was loaded with two much whipped cream. Last night when I ordered a grande and the hot chocolate radio was 55% hot chocolate, 50 whipped cream. The cup felt very empty and light. So my next step is going to just say no whipped cream. This has happened with frappuccino and coffee too. Perhaps the baristas just can’t judge how much to make. I really do like this Starbucks because the service is fast. I just hate paying for a drink and it not being fill.

Definitly not the starbucks experience. When you spend 5 dollars on a cup of coffee you expect a certain level of customer service and cutious treatment. I felt like i was at a tim hortons. Staff was unpleasant. They tooky money forgot to give me my coffee the coffee sat there for 5 min. Then when lady asked me what iwas waiting for i told her my coffee she acted like i called her some horrible name and gave me an attitude. Never coming here again back to home brew i go.

Beautiful new store, love that there’s a drive through. Staff are, for the most part, friendly. More often than not they run out of very common ingredients for very basic and popular drinks. Have received spoiled soy milk in a drink before and when pointed out, I had to wait a very long time for employees to have a little meeting to investigate my complaint and then remake my drink. I then had to receive a small lecture about how I was wrong and the chunky, gross drink was not in fact spoiled, but that they went out of their way to make me a new one anyhow… So annoying. Don’t insult customers like that.
